I'm surprised there isn't more! I'm glad there's a place for that type of racing though. Here we're too busy protecting everyone from themselves.

watched some on Velocity

Reminds me of early F1 races,
and not in a good way.

No run off protection at all

Seen more to keep spectators off course at a marathon

180mph through downtown

Yea, it's great that people can still get out and do this without the internet trolls trying to shut them down.

240 deaths? So? There were 420 deaths on U.S. ski slopes in JUST the last 10 years.
It's amazing that no one's trying to wrap the trees in foam rubber.

The fans will still act like idiots.

And the internet trolls will still complain.

There's a petition coming out soon to cut down all the trees on the Tahoe ski slopes.

And one to put guard rail the whole way up Pikes Peak.

I'm sure he's fine, article says Robby only "clipped" him, lol. These splatterbrains down there show off seeing how close they can get, even slap the trucks. sucks for the drivers.

But the danger is half the fun. Would you participate or watch if it were life size radio control cars? I wouldn't.
