Greetings! The grindstone has been turning at full speed already, hopefully the day will pass quickly.

Have a good day, all!

Good Morning CGs!

A little warmer here in Illinois today. I think it is in the thirties for the high. Much better than the negative in single digits that we've had.

I've been informed that my day of relaxation has been cancelled. The wife advised me that we are going to do shopping for various items...that should take most of the day. Apparently my wife has been talking to Sue.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hey guys....got up early, Rosie had a dental appointment in the 'city' and had to take #2 GS car in for a safely recall. I went out to the shop to do a couple things before I went over to pick her up and do a little shopping before the car was done. It was cloudy, and still is, but they say it's going to reach 60. Going to have to hurry to get there.

Steve, I'm glad you're getting the much needed rain. We could still use some moisture, maybe not like Bill is getting, but still could use some. The snow we had was pretty dry.

Have a great day guys.

Ring .... Ring ...... Plant pick up this afternoon.

Tomorrow 0900 Customer meet and load plants.

Try to get the 928 towed after ....... Maybe ........

Put the 91 Vert in the shop today. Grinding engine bay noise and smoke from the belt. Hoping for the best. Will update condition later. They say a boat is a hole in the water into which you pour money. Then cars must be a sinkhole on land. Got the box truck back today from a full brake job with rotors. $$$ This is our annual fix everything for the new year till we run out of money season. Van got a new starter and relay just after Christmas. This is why they say "Less Is More". ....... They also say ...... "Who Is They?".

My roof quit leakin' when the blizzard hit.

Well, actually, the rain stopped about 3 a.m., it was nice in the morning, had to turn the heat off in the pickup.
Then it cooled down, snowing hard sideways, probably won't lay down more than an inch or so.

But it won't matter, tomorrow - 50 degrees while the next storm hits for 1 - 3 days.

The flood wasn't as bad as the one in 2005 though some homes got hit. The gov. and first responders did good. Citizens too (about 100 volunteers filling sand bags).

Good to hear it wasn't as bad as expected, Bill!

Meanwhile, I'm guessing this guy had lessons:
