We finally had a decent day weatherwise so I took a spin with the new brace installed.
It definitely is as advertised.
The car feels as solid as if the top were on.
The quality is topnotch.
The design is pleasing to the eye.
Weather permitting, this piece will see a lot of use.

Excellent! I love mine, can't wait to put it back into service. First item on my list this spring is to see if I can get a canvas top made to fit over it. I bought a Fox Raincoat top cheap on ebay, so I'm gonna see if a canvas shop can do something with it.

Is it more rigid than the when the top is bolted on?
That would be great for summer autocross.
How much does that puppy cost?

Never mind --- I found it. $435 not bad, its within reach.

The guy who makes them is Tom Gasper. Contact him at 216-316-9812. Price is in the $400 plus shipping range.
