Woke up to chilly, cloudy, windy and a little rainy weather this morning. Before we got out of bed, Rosie said "It looks foggy out there. Is it supposed to rain?" The sky out the south window, in fact, did look strange a funny kind of yellow....but not mellow yellow. In the west it looks a bit nasty. Now it's turning dark and the rain is coming down pretty good. Supposed to be in the upper 70s today.

Second coat of mud today and help the electrician run some conduit.

I hope you have great weather and a great day.

Howdy! Weather wasn't exactly stellar for golf last night, but on the bright side, I discovered that my new rain suit works well. We're headed for a gloomy, cool stretch, so there won't be much to do except tough it out and nap.

Have a good day, Gurus!

Meanwhile, this is kinda crazy:

That's strange, Brad! eekk! Somebody worked on that a while.

On a similar note (pun intended), XM premiers "The Beatles Channel" tomorrow morning, "1 after the 9:09".

Will be in the low 70s today. School is almost out. I am not teaching summer school this year. Never really had a vacation.

Good Morning CGs!

Another hot day here. RR#1s bday. We'll be going out to dinner for the second night in a row...yesterday was for a friend's birthday. We don't do it that often, so it's ok.

Marcus, where are the pictures?

somebody mentioned rain and a nap. sounds awesome. beautiful and sunny here today, perfect temp and humidity mix. rain coming, though - and supposed to be raining rest of week and all through the weekend. Just when the pool is about to be going good. we've already had it clear and been in there some but the salt is supposed to be delivered this week with a new salt cell. Anybody else have a pool and if so , have you tried the 'liquid solar covers' that I'm seeing? reviews?

Lots done today. Sheetrock mudding, electrical and I started building my "awning" out on the apron of my shop. Then after it got dark I went back up to the church hall and put on the last skim coat of mud, so tomorrow I can do a little sanding and then prime the bare rock so we can paint Friday.
