Hi Gang.
I am still here. Trying to turn 2018 into a more normal year. If you recall, when I last posted, my nephew was dealing with cancer on his tongue. He had his surgery and has been doing as well as can be expected. Right now he is dealing with them trying to open his throat so he can drink and maybe eat without his feeding tube. He has had a rough time of things for 34 years old. The Little Red Car is still running great. It is in hibernation right now resting up for the big ride to Sebring in March. Hard to believe it is only 2 1/2 months away. I got a really big surprise back in July. Along with about 350 other folks, my position was eliminated at work. I had 44 years in and was less than 2 years from retirement. The good news is my financial guy said we could easily turn this into retirement, so we did. I just have to deal with health insurance for the next year and a half. That sort of catches you up, I should be here more regularly now. Oh, one last thing, I will be heading to Detroit to get pictures of the "new" Corvette in a couple of weeks. Stand by for pics. KP |

Ya Ken....welcome back to the home 20..... so sorry to hear about nephew.....that's a tough deal for him.....pray he gets healed of that......
I hope they are going to pay your full pension and not try and cheat you out of anything....... 44 years is a long haul..... Do you think they are going to show us the new Zora ME....?? not a lot of leaks so far.....some screen shots of cad pics......... that would be very cool if they did let it out finally..... |
