Good Morning CGs!

I hope everyone remembered to set their clocks forward an hour. Tommy, I read an article that said Florida is trying to opt out of the DST mess. Did they pass the bill? I believe Arizona doesn't follow it as well as Indiana (except the counties that are near Chicago). Personally I think DST is a royal PIA and I'd like to see it go.

Hope everyone has a great day!

AND A USELESS PIA AT THAT!

CLOUDY, BREEZY, AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, HAD MAYBE AN EIGHTH INCH OF VERY NOISY RAIN IN THE PAST 24 HOURS.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA, IT COULD TURN INTO A TWO NAP DAY.

THE EDUCATION TAIL IS WAGGING THE OKLAHOMA DOG AGAIN. IN A VARIATION OF THE CLASSIC SOCIETY WHERE EVERYONE TRIES TO MAKE A LIVING DOING SOMEONE ELSE'S LAUNDRY, IN OKLAHOMA EVERYBODY TRIES TO MAKE A LIVING EDUCATING SOMEONE ELSE'S KIDS. WE HAVE A BLOATED AND EXPENSIVE SYSTEM THAT IS HAS BECOME LESS LESS AND LESS EFFECTIVE AS THE YEARS HAVE PASSED, DOING LESS AND LESS AT GREATER AND GREATER COST.

Florida logically doesn't want to be in a different time zone than the eastern seaboard or surrounding states. Everybody across the land needs to unilaterally dump the time change

Went to the Southern Uprising tour concert last night. The outlaws, Marshall Tucker Band, Charlie Daniels Band and Travis Tritt. My favorite was Charlie and crew. 81 and kicking it. Unbelievable. Fed $70 into the bandits and got back to $30 down and called it a night. Ate some BBQ. We had a good time.

Howdy! If it wasn't for some of the clocks around the house that change automatically (computers, DVR's, etc.), I believe we'd still be busy changing them. I think the Vette's clock may still be on DST from last year. Hopefully it won't be too awfully long before I find out.

Sounds like a good time, Tommy.

Enjoy your Sunday, Gurus!

Morning,guys.....well it is,still morning where I am. Slept in and still haven’t gotten dressed. Pretty chilly out there but not much breeze so I’m good.

#1 family are all out on the slopes, except #1GD, she’s still sleeping, I guess, haven’t seen her anyway. Ive been listening to 60s on 6.

In reference to yesterday’s chat, coming up on 14 years since I lost my dad, still miss him. Just not the same.

TURNED COLD THIS AFTERNOON, NORTH WIND MADE IT UNCOMFORTABLE.

DROVE OVER TO OKMULGEE FOR AN H&I VISIT WITH BIG DAUGHTER AND FAMILY. WE WERE HOPING TO GET A LOOK AT #3 GRANDSON'S MEXICAN GIRLFRIEND, BUT SHE HAD GONE BACK TO HOUSTON. SHE DROVE UP TO OSU TO BE WITH HIM ON HIS BIRTHDAY. ABOUT EIGHT OR NINE HOURS WINDSHIELD TIME. THIS SOUNDS RATHER SERIOUS---
