Good morning. Sue volunteered me to assemble a gazebo for a client and friend of hers. Whoo-Hoo! Involves drilling and securing the corner posts to slabs just to make it a little more fun.

Howdy! Started the day with good news - the weather geniuses have dialed back today's snow forecast from Armageddon to something more akin to a dusting. And then I volunteered myself to watch the Masters this afternoon - should be an outstanding match-up.

Enjoy your day, Gurus!

Well, it's official. Newest member of our family, 3 month old purebred shih tzu. His name is Baca, it's a Polish word that sounds like "bah-tsa." Kids are super excited, wife and I are happy, too.

He looks like a good little fella there Mat.
Wife doesn’t want another dog since we lost Sofie. But the mighty Fred is noticeably lonely as an “only.”
If an when we do, it’ll be a smaller dog. I hope he works out well for your family.

MATT, WILL THAT DOG POINT A BIRD?

WAS A GOOD SHOW SAM SOLD BOTH HIS SLOT MACHINES AND FOUR SWORDS, MARK SOLD SEVERAL PISTOLS AND A JAP CARBINE, I SOLD TWO BOWS. THE WALTER PPQ THAT I THOUGHT WOULD GO FIRST THING WAS ALMOST TOTALLY IGNORED. GO FIGURE---

ONE OF THE LITTLE KNOWN BENEFITS OF GUNSHOWS IS THAT YOU GET TO SEE ALL THE NEWEST T-SHIRTS. BEST OF SHOW WAS:

MY LAST WORDS WILL PROBABLY BE;
WELL HELL, THAT DIDN'T WORK.

I'm thinking that dog is more of a shoe eater. Think of a puppy like small children, Matt. Put anything of value up high. Keep an eye on furniture legs. Snoopy is now almost 9 months old. Tore into a box corner just the other day. Don't get me wrong. I love dogs. Just be aware.

My, my. There are some tasty looking blue shoes up in the corner.

Hey guys...I got up and decided to put the doors on the cabinets and color caulk the shower walls, while the client was away to church...well, one thing lead to another and I ended up spending all morning there doing little small things that I would have to do sometime anyway. Then this afternoon, I had a Knights of Columbus meeting in a town about 45 minutes north of us, so got ready to go to that, I picked up another couple and one other guy to ride along...just got back from that.

Well, we did get a little snow yesterday and a little shower today...so those totaled up to a whooping 1/10" of moisture.....not quite a drought buster, but we'll take it. they are talking it might hit 90 by mid week. Oh the joy of SW Kansas living.

Cute doggy there Matt.

Thanks everyone. I don't think that dog will do much flushing or pointing. So far he hasn't chewed anything. Went to the store this evening and picked up some new toys including chew toys. Kids are super happy.

Hope everyone had a great day!
