Howdy! The best thing I can say about my golf game is that I am not sore this morning. That's something, I guess.

Meanwhile:

Have a good day, yawlz!

That's whats cool about older people today. Many are young reckless souls trapped in an aging body. lol

CLOUDY, MILD, AND BREEZY IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, MORE RAIN TONIGHT THEY SAY. THE CHEROKEES THINK THIS IS MORE LIKE A NORMAL SPRING.

SKEET WENT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED YESTERDAY EVENING. GUESS MUSCLE MEMORY STILL WORKS OK, UNLIKE BRAIN MEMORY ;-)

EVEN THE HOTSHOTS WERE MISSING A LOT, IT WAS QUITE WINDY, WHICH DOESN’T BOTHER ME AS MUCH AS IT DOES THE COMPETITION TYPES. IT ALWAYS TICKLES ME WHEN THE GUYS WITH THE HIGH-DOLLAR TARGET GUNS, ADJUSTABLE BUTT PLATES, ADJUSTABLE COMBS, EXTENDED CHOKE TUBES, PORTED BARRELS AND ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES DON’T SHOOT ANY BETTER THAN I DO WITH MY OLD VALMET BIRD GUN.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY. TOO BAD ABOUT THE LAWNMOWER---
GLAD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT GIN POLES ARE.

I put off changing the cartridge in the shower faucet for a year or so. Drip, drip drip. We're on a well so it wasn't critical. Last night Sue threatened to call a plumber. ($$$) Found my motivation to fix it. I have NEVER changed one before. Pretty easy, straight forward job. Next time I might only wait 6 months next time before I jump on it.

Good morning CGs!

Another beautiful day here. Sunny and warm.

I dropped the kids off at school, ran to the post office, and came home and did some chores in the yard. For the past few hours I've been setting up a used laptop for my friend's HS age son. He needs it to finish classes to graduate and waited until the last minute. His dad was scrambling to find something and I had this spare one sitting in the garage. It was left by my cousin and it needed an overhaul. TB will appreciate this...8 year old laptop and never had one security update. So I just finished downloading 54 updates and they are installing. I also put on some antivirus software and cleaned up the hard drive. He's a good kid, though, so I don't mind doing it.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Lovely day on the Buckeye State. Mid 80s and sunny most of the day, waiting for the rain to hit later.

Meanwhile, I managed to mow 2 lawns, till the garden and 2 raised boxes. Planting time is rapidly approaching.

My daughter called last night and said she finally understands my dislike of the word extreme. She had just seen the commercial for "Extreme Post-It Notes."
