Today I'll look at pulling the solenoid on my home lawn mower and pulling the spark arrestor screen on my Shihl multi tool. The solenoid is mounted in a place in an inaccessible location on a frame member. Going to see if I can get to it from underneath up on jack stands. If not I'll have to pull the gas tank or loosen the frame member. None of the above seem easy. The Stihl is pretty straight forward. Taking the screws out is simple. Putting them back in a little more of a challenge. After that I have plenty to fill my day. Sue is at a fruit festival. I'm anticipating a call to either bring Sue fruit trees or have to meet somebody from out of town who is sitting at the closed nursery and didn't bother calling first. The nursery is by appointment only unless the gates are open,. Then you can just walk in. No matter what happens today I'm assured I will be saying Riggin friggin sassafrasson shidilibop. What I hope to get done and what actually gets done never seems to align. I wish I could just accept that and move on ..... but that just wouldn't be me ......

morning guys...woke up pretty early to get GS #3 down to the school so he could go to a basketball tourney.

I've got a few things to do today. So, I'll work on those after while. Supposed to be in the mid 80s again today. Had a nice 1/2" shower last evening. After the shower the humidity went down.... a lot, so we opened the house up and slept with fresh air.

Have a great Saturday guys.

Howdy! Been trying to catch up on yardwork and whatnot. I have so many things on my list, I don't know where to start. Perhaps I should have a tasty beverage and mull it over.

Have a good day, all!

Good afternoon, all.

I made the call today to have Lauren flight judged at the NCRS Regional in Altoona this September. Now the prep work begins—I started today by getting a new service replacement AC Delco battery (you get killed in judging if you have a generic battery). Much more to do; I'll go over the car and the judging sheets to try and figure out where the time, money, and effort is best spent …

well, the weather gurus were wrong...upper 80s this afternoon and the humidity came back. I worked on a project in the shop, then helped a buddy patch the roof at the church hall...he called and the caretaker had told him it was leaking inside.

Been fighting a backache the last few days. Been doing my "Teeter Hangup" and after a stint this morning, the pain moved from one side to the other....I think that's progress. Headed to church in a bit.

Good Evening CGs!

Tommy, I saw the pictures from the other day and the office looks great.

TB, deck looks great, too. Of course Tom is the only guy I know who caulks the joints on a deck

Been busy here. Kids are grounded for bugging each other and throwing a ball in the house that resulted in a ceramic piggy bank falling to the ground and smashing open. It was fine for the last 8 years...

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Raining again this evening. We'll take it, even if the farmers aren't too tickled. They keep trying to get into the fields to cut the wheat. Talked to three different guys this afternoon and they all said they have gone out and tried, but either it was too wet in the field or the wheat was too wet.
