We have some extra rain here we could share. Comes with a tropical climate. ;)

Today is Sue's birthday. We usually do birthday dinners on Saturday night if it's during the week. Friday nights are usually busy so I planned it for Saturday evening at 06:00 PM. A good time I thought because it's before the evening rush. She asked me yesterday, "Why aren't we doing it on may birthday?" I thought I would be right but once again .......

Howdy! I assume that today is Friday, though the garbage pickup is not until Saturday this week due to the holiday, so I'll have to double-check.

Happy Birthday to Sue!

Have a good day, all!

Morning guys....It's Friday. We were trying to sleep in this morning, but right at 8am my phone rings. After that call I go to climb back in bed, and the phone rings again....I guess it's time to be up....sleep is overrated.

I've got a few things to get done today....I may leave my phone at home or in the pickup. I have a feeling that it is going to be one of those days....Tommy understands.

We can say Chit right? like in no Chit Mon...... Rainy today..... i guess we got our one day of no rain...... still have not seen the sun for a long time out here.....

Ordered a reproduction 1956 license plate for the Fiddysix..... It has the stamped letters and everything. It has The Beef State on it..... I need to get it approved by the State to run as an antique plate which won't be hard to do. I put the county Number followed by the year of the car. 17-1956

Once you put that plate on it just stays on as long as you want. Plates are like 29 bucks a year. Still have to come up with the sales tax though....

have a monster truck day Guru's....... crushing and rolling over anything that gets in your way.......

Hey Gris, I found the rain that your Indian friends are looking for. It's in my backyard. Which is why the grass was not cut again.

Tommy, happy birthday to Sue. Hope you guys have a nice dinner date on whichever night you decide to go.

Hope everyone has a great day!

NOR DID THE WEST SIDE OF MINE GET CUT. FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW THERE HAS BEEN A SHOWER OF RAIN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE YARD THAT DID NOT COME AS FAR EAST AS THE HOUSE. VERY STRANGE TO STAND ON THE WEST PATIO AND WATCH IT RAIN ON THE YARD BUT NOT THE PATIO. RATHER FORTIAN, I THOUGHT.

Was a nice day here. A high of 74 and no wind. I did get out and put the shelves up for a client and modified a cabinet for them while out there. Came home and had the guy that called me at 8am come by looking for help with some finishing .....so I helped him figure out his problem. That took me up past noon. I finally got to do some of my work and the phone rings again, so I have to drop what I'm doing (trying to build panels for cabinet doors) and run off to counsel an issue at church. Just barely get home, but enough time to prep some lumber, and the phone rings again. Finally, I get all the panels glued up.....hopefully, I can get those glued up panels planed and cut to size in the morning. We have to take the two GSs to the 'city' to get their haircut tomorrow. So not a lot of time in the morning to do that.

Happy Birthday Sue!!

Finally getting settled at home, worked again on my day off. I have never seen the wrap office this busy. Ever. The owner is working 14 hour days 7 days a week, I'm working on my off days - crazy. Sitting here with a new flavor of wine I'm sampling, held in the bottle by that fabulous stopper that was graciously made for me by such a kind soul :D THANKS!!!! Called Apothic Brew - "infused with cold brew coffee" I like wine. I like coffee. This one is 14% so it might help with the relaxing part. Much needed. Finally managed to get the dirt bike out for a few minutes the other day, got the hang of that pretty fast. Felt like a little kid with bf running beside me till he figured I had it and he quit. I didn't wreck nor fall off so I'll call it a win. For those of you who need rain - let me know where to send it as we have plenty.
Let the weekend commence
