Good morning.

Thunderstorms came through last night and it is gorgeous this morning—a good thing, as I'll be tromping all over campus.

Howdy! Golf was dry, but not particularly warm or skillfully played. Gonna need a miner's helmet pretty soon, it is getting dark early. It's supposed to be in the upper 70's today, but that will bring in some storms, and then back to pfffffffffffffffft. We could use a little Indian Summer here.

Have a good day, all!

I've been a bit lax in posting the last few days. It's going to be HOT today...mid to upper 90s. It hit 90 yesterday. Tomorrow, mid to upper 50s then back into the mid 80s and back down to the 50s...a freaking roller coaster.

Been working in the garage polishing some wheels for the Caddy. Warming up, just like they said. Lunch with the senior citizens in a bit, then taking #3 GS to a doctor appointment, then I need to run to the 'city' to get the Tootsie Rolls for Knights of Columbus TR Drive. Church Council meeting at 6 and KoC meeting at 7:30....I think my day is planned. I hope it has been/will be a great day for you guys.

Finished emptying out the shed. Have a pick up load to go crosstown to the dump. One less task and I can move on. One of the Yorkies has colitis. Leaving presents all over the rugs. Got the meds for the dog yesterday and seems to be improving. Loaded up for a delivery tomorrow. Unloaded some rebar for the nursery. 10 days till cruising. Yup, I'm counting it down. I have list of things to do today and I'll have one the day they turn me to ashes. Boredom is not an option for me. Keep the ball rolling Gurus.

Nap... yes, that's what I need. Not much sleep lately. Well, ever. Regular doc and me been going round and round with my complaints of 'deviated septum' or something and he keeps handing me crap to squirt up my nose or a pill to take. Those don't fix a physical deformity. Neurologist keeps handing me other pills to knock me out. I'm tired of pills. Neurologist finally asks what is keeping me awake and I show him my nose. He hooks me up with an ENT specialist visit going around my PCP's back. Groovy. Not a deviated septum. Collapsed nasal valve. Surgeon he sent me to "doesn't know how" do to that surgery. I go to UAMS the 25th. Still have a lower septum deviation but we'll see what happens. House to myself tonight so far except for the dog. We're about to hit the sack. Yesterday the BF had a lap around the sun, still a couple behind me. Hope everyone has had a good week so far and a good evening. Put a diaper on the dog, Tommy and glad yours is better Matt.

Sue's skid steer wasn't running right. It would bog down and the hydraulics weren't responding correctly. I tried different throttle positions. Quick revs to test the response. She needed it for a job tomorrow. Next there was trail of hydraulic oil from where it was parked to a shady spot I moved it to. When I started it up to move it for loading Sue came running over as hydraulic fluid was pouring out the bottom of the machine. Lots of fluid. She totally lost it on me. The machine broke because of the way I used it Sue said. So, according to her I broke the machine. .... I'm falling asleep at the keyboard ...... Good night everybody ............
