Hidey-ho! Looks like we may get to play golf this afternoon after all - it'll be sunny and mid to high 40's with not much wind. So it should be tolerable. This may be the last hurrah.

Enjoy your day, Gurus!

A SUNNY 65 IN THE NATIONS, JUST LIKE OCTOBER OUGHT TO BE. THE CHEROKEES ARE SMILING.

MADE A WALLY-WORLD RUN TO TAHLEQUAH FOR DOG FOOD AND OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I WANT IN THE SIZE I WANTED. NOW I'LL HAVE TO GO OVER TO MUSKOGEE. MOST INCONVENIENT.

Back from another great get away. Methinks someone who likes a winter escape to Puerta Vallarta may be watching the hurricane news in Mexico rather closely. Had the usual cruise ship fun with nice ports of call, eating robustly while on board and gaming in the casino till the wee hours of morning. Already got a few offers for future cruises in the Spring that have prices that are hard to ignore. Already booked for December 8th, about 47 days from now. Now all I have to do is build up an acceptable casino war chest.

Hey guys....Up early and working. Finished assembling the cabinets, then he wanted me to help him with installing drawers and doors, so I spent most of the day there. Then my truck with lumber showed up about the time I finished, so that took me right on up through supper time. My arse is dragging.

Started out pretty cool, was wearing my Agri-Gold hat and sweatshirt as it was only supposed to get up to 60. But by mid morning the sweat shirt came off and the afternoon temps soared into the low 70s...so much for the weather geniuses. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy.....we'll see.

I had two great days and four bad ones. I stayed off the slots and tables Wednesday night and all day Thursday. I got a little ahead of myself. ;) Came home within my budget.
