Morning guys...All prepped and awaiting for the doctors to get here so I can go in. It’s cold and breezy, but it won’t make any difference to me today.

I hope and trust that all of you will have a great day. Say a little prayer for me.

Trying to get back into a more aggressive work/chore profile. The party is in 4 weeks and lots to do to prep the property and the home. Looks like this is going to be a very interesting adventure this year as the home will be filled to capacity plus with out of town visitors. A replay of the house being turned into a giant tent comes to mind with deployment of air mattresses will be sure to occur at least for a night or two. It has the makings of another event to remember. As well as my work at home I'm sure my phone will ring a number of times till then with calls from Sue for honey-do's. .......... Never bored ......

Prayers for your procedure Tee, hope all goes well for you today.
Cold and dreary here as well - has an affect on my attitude for the day.
doesn't help I have a mammogram scheduled for 4:30 - there has GOT to be a better way of doing those. My December is filled with doc visits. I guess that's the "welcome to fiddy" thing everyone was telling me about
Hope everyone has a good day

Evening guys....feeling closer to ‘normal’. Now I know why he wanted me to stay the night. My belly hurts....and my groin too, maybe more than the belly. My room has a big window, so I can, at least, see outside.

According to the doctor, it was a very successful surgery. I certainly hope so! I’ve slept most of the afternoon into the evening, but the
last the time I woke up, I felt more like ‘me’, and have been awake for a while. Catching up on the emails and, now, my forum friends.

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers today and previous days. I’m sure they were heard as I came through with flying colors.
