CLEAR AND COLD THIS MORNING, THEY SAY IT WILL HIT 60. THE CHEROKEES ARE OK WITH THAT, A RERUN OF YESTERDAY WOULD BE JUST FINE.

TAKING HARVEY OVER TO SALVATORE TO PUT ON NEW SEAT COVERS; HE SAID HE COULD DO IT TODAY.

AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT HE SAID :-)

ALSO TIME TO RENEW MY CONCEALED CARRY LICENSE. THREE PAGES OF HAVE YOU EVER---ARE YOU---I'M SURE "DO YOU FART IN CHURCH?" MUST BE IN THERE SOMEPLACE. ALL TO BE ALLOWED TO DO SOMETHING GUARANTEED BUY THE CONSTITUTION.

DISGUSTING.

Morning guys...Up and around already. It's freaking dark! I've got things in the shop to do today. Then a computer consult this afternoon. And a home ball game that I will work.

Just a little below freezing this morning and not as warm, is the prediction..... upper 40s.

I wish that you all have a great day.

Hope everyone is having a good day, made it to Garland TX yesterday afternoon. Absolutely gorgeous here, 77 and sunny. Beautiful today too, not as warm but beautiful sunny weather. About to find some lunch and sit out by the pool.I might even get in. It is an indoor/outdoor pool, a small part of it runs indoors to the heated area so that will be our relax spot for later. Not busy this time of year. It's an older Holiday Inn they've been renovating and it's pretty in here. They've got some light fixtures and chairs I'd like to take home. Interesting looking joint next door I may walk over and grab a bite to eat at, http://www.fadiscuisine.com/
I plan to catch a ride somewhere or two tomorrow and do some thrifting, then another day visit a friend who is close by. Arron has GM training here so I rode with to just get out of the house and away from town for a few days. We'll head out Saturday

Had about a 40 mile ride north this morning. 80 mile round trip. Only took me 4 hours of driving.

Got home just after noon. Figured there was time for a nap. I was right.

I'm still sad about Bill's passing..... I sure miss his posts and expertise......I have often wondered who ended up with the Grape and his perfect to be 67.....

Wind came up so its still nice but not real real nice.....

So they had to buy all new tables for the park? Money must grow on trees down there.....oh wait...it does and it looks like oranges.... get a power washer out or use some handy wipes...... geez.....

I will probably always think of Bill this time of year. As with many of my friends (and Mom) who are no longer with us, I think of them like I need to call them or stop buy for a visit. Those visits now just pop into mind. Though they are no longer here they are still with me. I think of Andy Minnich as well. Both Bill's 67 and Andy's son's car grace the forum Corvette pics by generation. They're gone but not forgotten. Matt will have a lot of memories stored.

YEAH, HE SURE LEFT A GAP AMONG THE GURUS. I MISS HIM.

HARVEY'S GOT NEW SEATCOVERS. THEY LOOK SO NICE IT MAKES THE REST OF THE UPHOLSTERY LOOK SHABBY.

SALVATORE CALLED ME TO TELL ME HE WAS DONE. AT LEAST I THINK THAT'S WHAT HE CALLED FOR :-0 IF I'M RIGHT THERE LOOKING AT HIM I CAN USUALLY PUZZLE OUT WHAT HE'S SAYING; ON THE PHONE HE'S ALMOST TOTALLY UNINTELLIGIBLE. DOES GOOD WORK THOUGH, THAT'S WHAT COUNTS.
