It was seven years ago today that we picked up Louis (Ivelis's 2012 Centennial Edition coupe) at the Corvette Museum. We were homebound for most of the day today—stuff to do!—but I did take him out for couple of minutes this morning. Mileage showed as 58,005 when I parked him back in the detatched garage. This was an eventful year for Louis. He was our ride of choice to the Rolex 24 hours of Daytona in January (we still have the Corvette Corral sticker attached): https://www.flickr.com/photos/j3studio/albums/72157691248323931 Ivelis also lent him to me for my solo trip to Corvettes at Carlisle in August: https://www.flickr.com/photos/j3studio/albums/72157700584427255 Finally, Louis was Ivelis' ride when she showed with exhaust rumbling up to tabulate at the Run for the Ribbons earlier this month. She also followed me home to make sure no parts fell off Lauren. |
