Morning guys...up and around, headed to the 'city' for a few things. Not a lot on the agenda. Probably work on getting #2s house ready for sale....I think I heard them talking about putting some stick-down tile in the bathroom.

Have a great day! Marcus is driving the BS GS down to Kansas today to see his mom...have a safe trip.

Sorry to learn about the knee there Andy. I’m in the same boat. 7-8 years ago I was told I need a new knee, but between the up/ down job situation and the co-pays involved, I haven’t been able to get it.
I hope you recover as well as possible.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Hmmm, 955 posts for me? I guess I’ll hafta come up with a post-whore plan to get to 1000?

You can do it Vette Bobby..... post post post.......

Back from the Land of Ahhhh's........ not going well down there.... Gramps is in full time care and Mom is in a different wing in assisted living yet.... Looks like its going to cost about $13K a month if we leave it like it is.... and really this place is no great shakes..... I'm thinking what 13K a month would buy in a nice home on the beach..... wow.....

Gramps did say today that he wanted to go back to the VA home in Montana and of course Ma said she wanted to go wid him..... I'm like .... Really ?? Going to Kansas is one thing but Montana is a whole other deal when they need something...... He is a WW II Vet.... and they have a VA in the town they grew up in in Montana so it is not up to me to say no to a mans request to go home when he's 96........ big decisions coming...

Had to drive my baby in the rain almost all the way back...... everything seems to be fine...... paint is still on it......

Have a lovely evening....... I'm thinking a Scotch on the rocks might be in order......

CHECK FOR MELTING AROUND THE EDGES, MARCUS. BE SURE THE DRIPS ARE MUD AND WATER, NOT PLASTIC---

GOT EVERYTHING ON A ROLL AT THE TULSA GUNSHOW, WE ARE REALLY MISSING SAM. GOOD CROWD, PEOPLE ARE BRINGING STUFF IN TO SELL, JUST NOTHING I WANT. HAVE SOLD NOTHING AND BOUGHT NOTHING SO FAR, EXCEPT CORN DOGS AND LEMONADE :-) IT WAS TOO CROWDED TO WALK AROUND MUCH TODAY, TOMORROW SHOULD BE BE BETTER. THE MOST INTERESTING THING I'VE SEEN SO FAR IS AN ANCIENT ARAB FISH-TAIL MUSKET WITH A SNAPHAUNCE LOCK AND IVORY INLAYS. BETTER THAN SIX FOOT LONG---

AND WHAT WILL TOMORROW BRING?
WILL GRIS AND HIS MONEY BE PARTED?
STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT EXCITING EPISODE!

Man it was a busy day. Got around and headed to the 'city'. Picked up stuff for fixing up #2s house. Once home, we went over to fix the things we bought stuff for. I crawled on the roof and replaced two static wind turbines, then laid an underlayment sheet in the bathroom and then applied the peel and stick tile. #2s SO (electrician) was fixing up the electrical stuff, Rosie and #2 worked at cleaning the kitchen and other things while we did the heavy work. Had to get things done, as she is showing the house tomorrow. I sure hope one of the three different people interested come through with the a purchase.

I've been moving sand and soil. No need for a visit to the gym today. For me that's pretty much everyday. Kinda like lifting kettlebells. Even if I had a set they'd probably be in the basement collecting dust. (If I had a basement).
