"She's 16, she's beautiful and she's mine."

These words could send you to jail.

Well I put down 9 50 lb bags of sand and swept them into the brick cracks. Later watered them in. Probably need at least another 6 bags. Maybe more. The bricks I put down had holes and the sand is probably filling in the holes. It takes what it takes. I'll go take a pic.

Not perfect but what is? I did not cut a single brick. 5 long equaled 14 sideways so I spaced accordingly. I have to paint and Sue is going to plant. The home, a never ending project. I put 2 before pics on the end.

Looks good, Tom.

I'll have to post some pictures of our green, green grass, which is where most of our exterior effort has been spent this spring.

The words didn't come easily yesterday evening: we sit at 18,800 words/59 pages

'OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING," SUNNY, COOL, BREEZY. THINGS HAVE DRIED OUT ENOUGH TO DO SOME STUFF TODAY, GET CAR TAGS, BIRDSEED, CAT FOOD, TRIM SOME BUSHES, AND I'M A DAY BEHIND ON AUTO ROTATION.

HERE'S THE LATEST GUN CONTROL SCAM:

Many older adults keep guns loaded, unlocked at home, survey says
These unsafe practices make suicide easier and endanger kids and visitors, researchers said. Survey respondents who had guns in their home were more likely to be white, male and married. Men in rural areas and military veterans were more likely to keep their weapons unlocked and loaded. (AN OBVIOUSLY EVIL GROUP) Many older adults, including those who are mentally impaired, don't lock up their guns and ammo, University of Washington researchers report. "Findings of this study highlight the importance of addressing access to firearms among older adults, especially those who display signs of dementia or suicide risk factors," said senior researcher Dr. Ali Rowhani-Rahbar, an associate professor of epidemiology. GOTTA DISARM THESE OLD FARTS---

BROUGHT TO YOU COURTESY OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF BURGLARS---

I READ THEY ARE CATCHING CONGOLESE AT THE BORDER, CHECKING THEM FOR EBOLA. ANOTHER GOOD REASON TO CONTROL THE BORDER.

Morning guys...Got a cal from Father yesterday. While we were gone a parishioner passed away. Not a close friend, but we were acquaintances. Anyway he needs help at the funeral today. So I will go help him this morning.

It is overcast this morning and mid 40s. Headed to mid 70s.

I have an appointment to get my hair cut this afternoon. The lady doing it called me, Sunday, and needed a board cut down to size and edges routed for a project she is doing. So I called her when we got home and had her bring in the board and I did the job for her. When she tried paying me, I asked her if she would be willing to trade out. She said "Straight across?" I said "No, I'll pay you the difference" She said, "You'll pay me? No, I think I'll owe you." So we agreed to do a straight swap.

About time for me to head over to the church. have a great day, and I'll check back later.

NICE DAY, ALL DAY LONG. GOT IT ALL DONE EXCEPT THE TRIMMING. MAYBE TOMORROW---

PUT THE TOP DOWN ON THE TOMATO TO GO OVER TO TAHLEQUAH, FIRST TIME THIS YEAR. NICE

YESTERDAY I LET SWEETHEART OUT TO RUN, FIRST TIME SINCE SHE WAS SPAYED. SHE SKIED OFF, WHICH IS NOT UNUSUAL, AND DIDN'T COME BACK, WHICH IS. DIRECTLY I GOT A CALL FROM A NEIGHBOR UP THE RIDGE; HE HAD A BLUE TICK HE'D CAUGHT AND TIED UP, WAS IT MINE?

WHEN I DROVE UP SHE HAD HER NOSE POINTED TOWARD HOME, BARKING HER HEAD OFF. SHE IS USUALLY A PIA TO GET IN THE TRUCK, AS IT USUALLY MEANS A TRIP TO THE VET, BUT NOT THIS TIME. SHE WAS READY TO COME HOME :-)

THIS GUY WAS THE OWNER OF A BEAGLE THAT USED TO COME VISITING. HE WOULD DIG INTO THE PEN TO PLAY WITH MY DOGS.
NEVER SEEN A DOG DIG INTO A PEN---

THE BEAGLE FOUND A PLACE WITH AN UNALTERED FEMALE AND A LITTLE BOY. THE LITTLE BOY KEPT TAKING THE COLLAR OFF AND TELLING HIS MOM HE WAS A STRAY AND CAN I KEEP HIM. WHEN HE 'FESSED UP SHE FOUND THREE COLLARS THE BOY HAD HIDDEN. THE NEIGHBOR JUST GAVE THE DOG TO HIM AND I GUESS THEY ALL LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER. EVERY BEAGLE SHOULD HAVE HIS OWN LITTLE BOY :-)

Long day.....the funeral wasn't too large, but I had had three of his grandsons in school, so after the funeral, they came and talked to me. Then I had a haircut. The lady that cuts my hair had another projects for me, so I did that one this afternoon. And I made a plaque for the KofC group north of us. Their "Knight of the year" plaque was full, so I made one to match the one they had. They now are good for 30 years.

It was an absolute perfect day, made up to 80 and very light breezes. I had the 70s on 7 blaring away and the overhead door open.
