Good Morning CGs!

I got a chance to tinker with the Corvette yesterday morning. Drained the oil and got that changed. Came out a little low. It's most likely from the dipstick tube being a little loose and then a little leak I always seem to get near the breather grommets. Got the coolant purged using the refill funnel, then later remembered I forgot to put on the new rad cap I bought (derp). No biggie, I'll do that today when it's cold.

Speaking of cold, the damn weather is turning cold again. They are saying we might get 1-2 inches of snow on Saturday if you can believe that. Just when I thought it was spring...

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hey guys....been another busy day. Started off early down at Rosie's office routing CAT 6 cables for a couple computers. Then back home to get ready for the funeral. It was not a huge funeral, but church was pretty full. As soon as it was over, I took GS#3 (he served Mass) out to eat at the local tire shop/repair shop/body shop as they were having free lunch for customer appreciation. Got home after that and worked in the shop on a fan that Rosie said wasn't working and she really needs it at the office. So I tore it apart and found the switch stuck and got that fixed.

Then I walked down the alley, as Rosie was helping the neighbor lady who was teaching some MS kids sewing and she needed help, I just thought they might need another pair of eyes (which didn't hurt).

When that was over Rosie and I went down to the county "Road and Bridge Dept" as the director there retired today, and they were having a reception for him. The "R & B dept" is where #2 is the office manager, and she was in charge of getting the reception together. It was a good turn out.

Rosie then said "Let's go over to the 'city' and do the grocery shopping and see if they can fix our glasses." OK . She broke her main pair of glasses last week when she tripped while walking and the nose piece on my glasses fell off the other day. So we got there in time for them to fix my glasses and they had to order new frames for hers.....The good news was, hers were still under warranty and "no charge" They fixed mine for free as well.

We then went to Sams and bought a case lot (about 65 lbs.) of pork butt. Going to make pulled pork for GS #2 graduation party here in three weeks. Going to do one of them tomorrow to check out the process and fine tune the marinate.

I'm done for the day. Hope all of you had a great day.
