Good Morning CGs!

Sorry I've been missing again for the last few days. Busy with work and family life.

My condolences to Andy and his family on their loss. Having been there myself I know how tough it is, as we all do.

On a slightly more positive note it is my birthday today. I'm getting older but every year I try and I still can't catch Tommy. We had a family dinner last night and tonight I will be going to a local brewery with my wife and a few friends. Should be fun.

The weather is nice here. Hopefully it's the same with everyone else.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING--- SUNNY, CALM, AND MILD. GOT AN EARLY START ON THE DAY, GOT TO THE TIRE SHOP AS THEY OPENED AND GOT THE NEW REARS ON HARVEY IN 45 MINUTES. AND THAT INCLUDED SOME CONFUSION OVER THE FRONT AND REARS BEING THE SAME SIZE. HAD TO TELL THEM THAT WAS STANDARD ON THE '87.

CAME HOME, PUT HARVEY TO REST IN THE BARN WITH BATT MAINTAINER, MOTHBALLS, DECON, GLUE TRAPS, AND CAR COVER. THEN PUT THE TOP DOWN ON THE TOMATO AND TOOK DARLING WIFE TO BREAKFAST AT THE WHEELHOUSE. SUNNY SIDE EGGS, BACON, AND AVOCADO TOAST. YUM---

MAY MAKE A PASS THRU THE FLEA MARKET AFTER WHILE.
KEEP UP THE FIRE, GURUS.

Hey guys...A nice morning and subsequent day here, mid 60s when we got up mid 80s now looking for a high today of low 90s. It is breezy.

I've been out in the shop engraving some small plaques for our Knights of Columbus council and repairing a couple of chairs that were dropped off in the shop last week.

I'm ready to shower and go to church.

Congrats on the birthday Matt. It's nice to see how your growing into a middle aged curmudgeon. One day I'm sure you'll be a grumpy old f@(% for sure. You have all the tools you need for that. In the future you will look back and most of us will be gone on to greener pastures. ;)

Started working on the bathroom with a small storage room out by the back office. This is good. I'm only about a year and a half behind on it. Once I get rolling then it all starts coming together. Rain delay right now but I'm seeing what materials I need on this trip to HD. The first of many trips I'm sure. I'm doing it in stages. First is the sub floor then I'll start framing the walls. Like in the office the corner posts are already in place. I'll show some pics in a later stage. I'm incorporating some of the old structure with the new.
