Up and around. It's cool out side, low 60s, but headed to the low 90s, and windy, again. The wind the last few days has made it feel like a blast furnace. Luckily, staying in the shade has made it tolerable. Hopefully today will be the same.

Got sidetracked yesterday a couple different times, but still got much of the cabinet done. Today I have raised panels to prepare and then glue up the frame and panel, front panel and doors.

Got lunch at the Sr center at noon....other than those items, the rest of the day is up in the air, whatever comes at me, I'll roll with the punches.

Have a great day, gurus!

Morning y'all - Warm this morning but a beautiful day. Temps of about 100 are due here all week. Plants all seem to be happy. My garage has been thoroughly cleaned out, the house got a deep clean, all laundry got done, nursing home visit behind me, etc, etc. Have been staying busy. And busy enough at work not to even be able to use the restroom when I need to. Good for owner's pockets, no change to mine. Still trying to find a vaca spot for us and florida area has been crossed off the list with all the hurricanes. Would be my luck to get there and the entire week be ruined. Although I have friends in Pensacola at the moment and it's been beautiful. I hate planning stuff like this. I'm horrible at it
Hope everyone has a good day.

Matt makes me laugh. Summer is officially over. Except in the land of a summer that goes on and on and on. Can hardly wait for last November. I MIA yesterday. Too busy or too tired to goof around on the computer. Container painting project continues. Had a plumber in to evaluate what we want to do in the back bathroom by the office/shed. Had a front gutter put up yesterday. Hooked up battery chargers to the boat , 91 Vert and the 928 to top everything off. Went shopping for a toilet and shower stall and fixtures. Put up some plywood on the walls and cut in a sheet for the floor. Fed the critters , went out to dinner at the local Thai restaurant, came home and dropped. Going to HD to get the door, locks, 2 x 4's and some hardware and then start framing in the door. Press on gurus. Time waits for no one, nor does the chore list.

Letty, how about an all inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba or fly to St Thomas, St John or Puerto Rico. Nice beaches. Onlinevacationcenter.com or vacationsotogo.com can take a lot of planning out of planning. You don't need passports for American terriotries.

Anyone that can take the 'headache' out of it will work ! I visited a local agency and told her our $$ a year and a half ago and still haven't heard back. Some of that got spent on home things so there's not as much now but at the time was more than plenty. Anytime I need anything in this area no one cares enough to return calls/emails. And here I sit with the most difficult customer in the universe and I'm still trying to make him happy.
Yes I'd love to fly to one of those places, I'm good with it but there's that nasty "H" word
Suggestions appreciated!
Thanks Tommy!

Well, I got started on the few items I had planned, but, as I anticipated, things got changed up. A call from one of my LOLs (little ole ladies), but not a TV issue this time, but a cabinet problem. I got that fixed in short order and headed back to the shop. Then I decided to check my email and had a message saying my router had a firmware update that needed installed. So I went in and updated the gateway router, everything was cool. Then there was an update for my Access Point router, so I installed that and it wouldn't hook back up and I ended up spending the rest of the day...and into the evening some to get that going...actually I never did get the router back up and ended up putting a different one on.

Next week Rosie and I are headed to the mountains for a week. Not taking 007 though this year as some of the passes have already been getting some snow.
