THERE'S A STRANGE BRIGHT LIGHT IN THE SKY; WAIT A MINUTE, THAT'S THE SUN. YEAH, I REMEMBER NOW---

IT'S GOING TO BE A SQUISHY DAY IN THE DOG PEN, THE GROUND IS TOTALLY SOAKED AFTER THREE DAYS OF RAIN. AT LEAST WE WON'T HAVE RAIN RUNNING DOWN OUR NECKS.

ALWAYS FORWARD, GURUS!

Good Morning CGs!

Rained yesterday for a dozen hours or so. Lots and lots of water with nowhere to go. We didn't have issues but lots of streets flooded and some basements had to deal with water problems. Today seems a little better.

Rugrats did a couple of trunk or treat events despite the rain. They were rewarded handsomely for their soggy efforts.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning guys...,Slept in until just a few minutes ago...almost a Brad-like effort. Wind came up in the middle of the night and the temps dropped like a rock. High yesterday was a glorious, 65 and no wind. Today, I think the official high was right before the wind hit. 37 now (feels like 26) and a high of 40 predicted.

I'll probably go work on a project for #1 today.

Yeah....what happened to our good weather? Cold cloudy and breezy..... need to mow today before the snow hits tomorrow....then that will be it..... drained the water sprinklers and put all the hoses away..... will get the Propane tank filled this week. Propane is a $1.05 a gallon which is not to bad.

more later as it happens.......

#1 GS AND TWP MADE IT DOWN FROM TULSA AFTER LUNCH. GOT THE DOGHOUSE TORN DOWN AND REPLACED IN ABOUT TWO HOURS. WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME ALL DAY BY MY SELF. IT'S GREAT TO HAVE THAT DONE AND OUT OF THE WAY.

SUPPOSED TO START RAINING AGAIN TOMORROW EVENING....EXPLETIVE DELETED.

Well, I got out to the shop to start work and my neighbor called and needed some help installing a pellet heater in his wifes' she-shed. Had to cut the hole in the ceiling and through the roof for the flue. Didn't take too long to do, but they were very happy I came over to help.

Then came back home and started work on the dog kennel for #1. Just like the one for I built for them a couple years ago, slightly different dimensions. Worked on it until about 9:30 this evening.
