Outside its like 32 degrees with fog and sleet coming down that is supposed to get worse as the day goes by..... instead of stying in by the fire with some flannel pj's on I will suit up to go watch our beloved Huskers do battle with the most hated Iowa Hawkeyes...... game time is 1:30 pm and the temp will be 34 degrees and 90% chance of rain....... lovely...... still the stadium will be full to capacity of 90K rabid fans fueled in part by warming spirits as we long for victory so we can be bowl eligible....... Go Big Red!

The house is quite now as the hoards descended on us and ate everything in sight then left when the bird was picked clean to the bones...... the girls were up early with excited mad chatter as they headed into the maze they call Black Friday...... no weather was bad enough to stop them...... We men think they are crazy and they think we are crazy to go and sit out and watch a ball game in all this....... they are probably right.....

Have a warm flannel day Guru's......

Sue headed out to the garden club show in Marathon. Nothing stops her. Well maybe for 2 days but she was up and at em yesterday during the Thanksgiving dinner pitching in in the kitchen. Two days alone. What to do ? What to do? Chores I guess. Where we went yesterday the cousin has a Rolls convertible up on the lift and a McLaren 720S sitting on bottom. An Indian motorcycle back by the wall. A 42 ft. Allegro by Tiffin motorcoach in the driveway. The neighbor had a visitor sporting red Ferrari convertible. It's an upscale RV park so lots and lots of high end motorcoaches nesting next to nice small houses. Many with tiki huts. Had a great time. I just relaxed, watched some football and chatted. Relaxing day around family. Where the heck did November go? Phew!

Hey guys... Been busy since we got up. Washed our sheets, before #3 and family got up. They got up and around then they loaded up and headed for home. It's quiet in the house for the first time in a week.

A small rain shower this morning, yes rain, as it is above freezing. 39 now and headed toward upper 40s.

Had a phone call this morning, a guy needed his computer looked at, as it is running slow. I've been through the whole thing, and have determined it is Norton....it is a resource hog. I'll have to ask him how long he's got on his subscription.

Well, I've got some things to do today, I'll check back later.

Cool here today but storms rolling in tomorrow with a temp rise. Tried to sleep in today but some noise woke me. Power had been out and everything coming back on jarred me from my nap. Have all the Christmas tubs down from the attic and I guess start that tomorrow. Intended for today but some compute updates took up half my day. I absolutely would not make it as an IT person. Already had supper and moved some furniture to make room for the tree thinkin I’ll sit out the rest of whatever the evening Conjures up

Hey guys...After getting #3 on the road home, we decided to go pick up some things over in the 'city' . Probablt not the best decision as BF was still going strong. Picked up the stuff we needed and got the h3ll out of there.

Got home and put things away and the guy came by to pick up his computer...spent an hour or so with him, then I went out to the shop to work on a corn-hole game and some other things in the shop, until Rosie came out and told me supper was ready. I sat down to eat and haven't moved since....I'm out of gas.

Enjoyed some leftovers today. Twice, in fact. Of course now I'm craving a bacon cheeseburger....at 10 pm. Oh well.

Tommy, sounds like Sue is on the fast road to recovery.
