I remember dipping my thumb into ash tray ashes and putting them on my forehead so it looked like I had been to church before I went home. It's the thought that counts.

Weird day today. Doing stuff but no agenda. Dropped off one of the golf carts to have some work done on it. Spun a rear bearing on the left rear axle.Getting ready for a Florida cold snap tomorrow. 3 days with a low in the 40's. Brrrr. Get to wear jean pants again. Thinking of checking out a pillow for softness for an hour or so. Why do today what you can put off till tomorrow? ... Later ...

Figidly cold here. Even more so when I have a 2020 Mack Pinnacle to be outside measuring. So busy at work today I'm bout to meet myself coming back. Mack wrap to adjust and get in print que, a 53' to size and get in print que, customers in and out, money for the bossman.
And, I just (if nothing goes wrong) bought a Mid Century Kent Coffey china cabinet for $100. Valued anywhere from $1000-2000. Pickup Saturday
Hope everyone has a great day.

Here's something I don't hear everyday. My great nephew, Kaleb, 18, was charged yesterday with 2nd degree murder. He did not pull the trigger. It was his friend and accomplice that was killed in a drug deal gone bad. That's why it's better to play by the rules. Then you don't end up in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people.

Hey guys...got back from church a little while ago. I've been busy the last couple days. Yesterday, I got up and around early and was back at the church hall to bed the tape on the sheetrock we hung Monday. I was figuring that I would probably be doing it myself, but two other guys showed up to help me. So with three of us bedding the tape we were done in about 2 1/2 hours. Then after lunch we all went back to lay a coat on top.... another hour and a half. This morning, I went back up there to add another brace, as when we were sheetrocking, I felt there was one spot that seemed to be a bit wobblely. Two others showed up to wet-mop the floor to clean up the sheetrock dust that we created hanging it. This afternoon I worked on some cabinet parts for my former student/now carpentry teacher at the regional Tech school in a project I'm helping his class with. I'll be headed up there Friday to do that.

It has been cold here but is supposed to warm a little bit as the next few days come.

Sorry to hear about your nephew Tommy. Letty, I hope you were able to stay warm enough to get that measured up.
