The other day I was watching a show and they had all these current well known performers of which I'm lucky if I knew half. Generations remember the stars of their time growing up and maybe the generation before theirs because the older folks in the house liked to watch and hear them. Our parents may not have been big fans of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan or Herman's Hermits. Many thought it was crap. As you get older you understand why. lol

Mrs. Brown would probably be around 90 and her lovely daughter would be around 70 now.

GOT OUT EARLY AGAIN TODAY. WHEN I HAD HARVEY'S OIL CHANGED YESTERDAY ONE TIRE WAS LOW, SO I HIT THE TIRE SHOP THIS MORNING. I FIND IF I GET THERE EARLY THE WAIT IS LESS. FIRST IN THE DOOR IS BEST. :-) WHEN I WAS WORKING I'D GO IN EARLY AND GET ALL SORTS OF THINGS CAUGHT UP BEFORE ANYBODY SHOWED UP. STAYING LATE DID NO GOOD, THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMEBODY TO BOTHER YOU.

IT'S ANOTHER PRETTY DAY; THAT'S THREE IN A ROW.
OMINOUS---

CONTINUE THE MARCH, GURUS!

Good afternoon, all.

A beautiful early May day in the Philadelphia area. We went for a long walk this morning and Ivelis spent most of the afternoon working on the garden. Today's knowledge gained is that we have multiple kinds of variegated hostas—who knew?
