OVERCAST AND COLDISH IN THE NATIONS, THE CHEROKEES ARE WAITING FOR THE RAIN, NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. TEE, I WISH I COULD SEND IT TO YOUR AREA, OR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER :-)

MARCUS I FINISHED THE LATEST JOE PICKETT WHO-DONE-IT. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS AS GOOD AS PREVIOUS EFFORTS. THE SERIES MAY BE WINDING DOWN, AS THEY SEEM TO DO. HAVE YOU READ BOX'S OTHER BOOKS? ALL OF HIS I'VE READ WERE GOOD.

ONE OF DARLING WIFE'S HIGH SCHOOL CLASSMATES DIED. THERE WAS AN ONLINE FUNERAL, LOOKED LIKE ONLY FAMILY PRESENT.

I'LL GET A READOUT ON THE PREVIOUSLY DONE BLOOD WORK TODAY.
THAT WILL INTERFERE WITH MY SECOND NAP. POOR TIMING---

Morning guys...Chilly, cloudy and breezy again today. Chance, they say, of some moisture. I hope and pray 'they' are right.

I have work to do in the shop today.

Good Morning Guru's........ its a beautiful 39 degrees out with a chance of snow sleet or whatever...... the baby corns are not going to be happy wid dis........ they want warm and nice...... hell I want warm and nice.....

Gris, the Long Range book was ok but I agree not quite as good as others.... have you read the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child.... I really like those books. Also the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn and of course the Longmire Mysteries by Craig Johnson.....which is also an excellent TV series on Amazon....... I am now reading the Bosch series by Micheal Connely ..... which is also a very good TV series and Amazon.......

I better go work.......stay healthy Guru's.....

I had some computer image transfer issues this morning that left my head feeling like a soggy sponge. Trying to merge 4 files to a single file without having to buy or register for a free trial. Finally I figured out a work around. Take a picture of all 4 documents together. I try to upload it and of course my photo uploader has rearranged itself and no longer performs as it once did or as I had it operating. I hate these mysterious goings on with all the updates, downdates and stickitupyourassdates. So anyway. I go back and find the application for solar power I was supposed to update has suddenly been approved. Because I couldn't upload what they were looking for I sent them an email. Apparently they got the email while I was trying to upload the combined document file. ..... Anyway, the rigginfriggin sassafrasson shidilibopin solar meter application has been approved. Now I just have to wait for the new solar power meter over the next week. Then we can turn the system on after the solar panel company shows me how to power up and power down. Whew!

OH YEAH, THE HARRY B. BOOKS ARE GREAT. I'M NOT MUCH INTO THE SUPER-SPOOK MODE AND "LONGMIRE", IF IT'S THE ONE I'M THINKING OF, PUTS ME OFF WITH THE MYSTICAL INDIAN MUMBO-JUMBO.

TONY HILLERMAN'S NAVAJO COP BOOKS WERE GREAT, IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THEM YOU SHOULD. IAN RANKIN AND PETER LOVESEY WRITE GOOD DETECTIVE STORIES, BUT RANKIN'S "REBUS" SERIES IS AT AN END, I THINK.
