Gris, the book is so unevenat this point. Some things are almost done (the option tables, the general yearly changes) while some thing are not anywhere close (color charts, overall context). What we're in right now is what they call "constant time to completion;I'm always about thirty pages out, no matter how many pages I write.

IS SOMEBODY MOVING THE GOAL POST ON YOU?

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY OTHER THAN A BIRDSEED RUN TO MUSKOGEE. GOT AN UNIDENTIFIED BIRD SHOWING UP. IT'S SOME KIND OF ORIOLE, PATRONIZING THE HUMMING BIRD FEEDER ON THE WEST PATIO. IT DOESN'T MATCH ANYTHING IN THE PETERSON BIRD BOOK. ITS LIKE A FADED BALTIMORE ORIOLE, A HYBRID MAYBE?

Good morning y'all.
Overcast at work but 10 miles away at home, sunny and beautiful. Sprinkled on my way in.
I'm due a giant dump truck here for the pool place to measure, design is done already but this is a new truck I have to fit. A couple of other things working.I was supposed to have already found us a place to stay if possible in Missouri so we could do some flea marketing this weekend but not really had time. Finally got some sleep (like a dead rock) last night so maybe tonight I"ll find us something to do.
Hope everyone has a great day

Well what Teeb had yesterday for weather is what we will have today....temps warming up and sun coming out about noon.... I will go look at some baby corn today to see how it is doing in the cold wet we have had....... what it needs is heat units...... so bring it on....

I have decided to go with a Hobbs Switch on the BAP that won't push the stock fuel pump until there is 4 pounds of boost or more..... the BAP is a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump unit that will put up to 17.5 volts to the fuel pump instead of 12.5 volts.... that makes the fuel pump work harder for the duration that your foot is slammed to the firewall..... I don't want the fuel pump to be overdriven until it hits 4 lbs of boost .....

I am not looking for 800 hp for racing I am wanting a high powered Grand Tourer ..... so we will see when we get the car on the dyno....

Keep your head up Guru's.....

Is this what's at your feeder Gris....?

or maybe the Western Tanager.....

...or maybe the Rose Breasted Grosbeak.....not to be confused with the pink breasted mattress thrasher.....

Good morning, all.

Gris, I am moving my own goalposts. The overall sense of the book is changing at least slightly and I keep finding more data and context.

I figure I'll know when it's done.

The installation of the solar system was completed last night. I have a cool little app on my phone that shows system production in real time and production tracking over day/month/year. Only problem is on my first full day of use it is overcast and rainy. They're will be plenty of that over the summer. The clouds and rain usually ramp up mid afternoon in summer but I will still have plenty of opportunities for the panels to produce. I can pretty much run anything and everything I want at the house to my own comfort level without worry. Lazy days continue. Tomorrow is Sue's foot surgery. With the current Covid situation I just drop her off at the hospital and pick her up later when she or they call me. Then I get to put on my nurse attire again and help he for the first several days as she gets back to walking again. I hope after this we can stay out of the hospitals and critical care centers for awhile. Make it a good day gurus. Maybe I will slip off and do a light test on the back side of my eyelids for an hour or so.

Hey guys...Well, today started out foggy, damp and cool. It has warmed a bit, up to 70 now and they are saying it will still get up to the low 80s.

Been out in the shop working on the sneeze guards .... honestly these are a PITA.

Back to the PITA.....

That SHOULD be easy for you. Is it one of those easy ones that are harder than they look?

I'VE SEEN THE WESTERN TANAGER HERE,BUT THE SUMMER TANAGER IS MORE COMMON. THE GROSBEAKS PASS THROUGH HERE IN THE SPRING, DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY GO. THEY'RE HERE NOW.

IF I SAW THE FIRST SPECIMEN AT MY FEEDERS I'D HAVE TO CONSIDER WHETHER TO STOP DRINKING---
