CALM, COOL, SATURATED, W/ WEAK SUNSHINE THIS MORNING. THE SUNSHINE MAY NOT LAST. THREE AND A QUARTER INCHES OF RAIN YESTERDAY. GLAD WE LIVE ON THE SIDE OF A HILL :-)LOTS OF WIND, LIGHTS WENT OUT THREE TIMES. I KEPT BUSY RESETTING ELECTRICAL STUFF.

SAW THE FIRST FIREFLY OF THE YEAR LAST NIGHT AND THE VEGETATION IS GROWING WITH IRRATIONAL EXUBERANCE. THE JUNGLE IS CLOSING IN.

DARLING WIFE HOME, SILENCE HAS FLED, "I SPEAK THEREFORE I AM" SHE THINKS. I'M PRETTY NON-VERBAL SO WE BALANCE OUT.

GOT MORE CAR TAGS TO GET, IF THINGS DRY OUT A BIT I CAN DRIVE THE BUMBLEBEE.

TOMMY, HOW'S SUE?

GMCG's Sue isn't complaining too much so that's a blessing. I have a million things to do. OK, maybe only half a million. Marcus, panel shots on yesterdays post. I'll be busy for days now since I sat on my ass for most of last week.

Good afternoon, all.

Went to Home Depot this morning to score Ivelis some Patchmaster and it was an absolute zoo. I should have expected this: a warm Saturday morning in May. I don't know what I was thinking …

Hey guys, slept in 'til almost 9, then got around and out to the shop. We did get about 1/2" of rain last night. We'll take everything we can get.

Worked in the shop on the sneeze guards.....until my table saw broke down. Actually it was the switch, but it has put a grinding halt to work in the shop for a few days.

Glad you folks got some rain—we'd happily give you some of ours … did the switch on the table saw burn through or did something actually break?

Well John, I pushed the ON button and nothing happened....Not totally unusual, as saw dust gets in between the contacts and need cleaning occasionally, which is what I was doing when the contacts fell out and fell apart......
