SUNNY, CALM, AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING. HOW NICE IS THAT? THE CHEROKEES REJOICE.

TOUGH TIMES FOR COPS THESE DAYS; OUT IN THE PANHANDLE SOME MALEFACTOR STOLE A POLICE CAR, POLICE DOG, AND AR 15.
THE DOG WAS RECOVERED UNHARMED :-)

WE'LL GO OVER TO OKMULGEE LATER TO CELEBRATE #1 DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY. IT SHOULD BE LIVELY AS ALL FOUR OF THE LITTLE GRANDCHILDREN WILL BE THERE; GRANDSONS #7 & 8 HAVING BEEN EXILED WHILE BABY DAUGHTER AND SIL CELEBRATE THEIR ANNIVERSARY.

Do not think we will go to Minneapolis for a weekend.... terrible thing that happened there.... Brad would have been right in the middle of all that had he still been with us...... hope his family are staying out of the way.....

Well I went to Soo Falls South Dakota...... no riots there that I could see..... and picked up Quicksilver....... she is really quick now..... I drove her home and nothing big fell off.... the water temp ran about 194 out on the highway..... and the oil temp about 201...... I have a box of stuff they took off...... including an oil cooler and power steering cooler....I think...... which are on there for racing on a track purposes....

Anyway..... it drives as normal as pie until you get to about 3800 on up and then all hell breaks loose as you start to go into another dimension
and everything gets blurry........ yikes.......... sumbich can fly dude....

fuel milage was showing 24 to 26 on the highway.....at 85 mph..... so not a big drop there if any...... more on that later....... enjoy your weekend Guru's....

Hi guys.
I thought I had the weekend off until I saw the grass. Wife and daughter are also busily deciding my activities. They’re gonna be disappointed.
I’ve got a Corvette to work on.

U-man, I gotta say I’m a bit jealous of the fun you got to have after picking up your Vette. Maybe someday...

Everyone stay safe.

Marcus, the madness has spread across the country. Looting is NOT protesting. Violent expression is never the answer. Busting out peoples car windows. Someone will bust a cap in their ass. Burned down a 30 million dollar affordable housing building. Oh ya. That will get some attention.

Meanwhile I'm tending to my yard doing a pre-summer clean up. The more I do in 89* high humidity the less I'll have to do in 95* with high humidity. Back out to the sauna. Adios.

Good afternoon, all.

A quiet day today at home today. After doing a bunch of home maintenance, I've been watching the virtual Legends races on ESPN2. Fernando Alonso (who joined the series late) is stinking up the show—he won twice at virtual Indy last week, and he won the first virtual Silverstone today in a 1975 Brabham BT44b. Second place went to Jenson Button and third to … wait for it … Jan Magnussen.

Yes, that Jan Magnussen—formerly of Corvette Racing. It turns out he's good at the sim racing thing, too. He'll also be racing a virtual Corvette soon; he's on Corvette Racing's entry list for the virtual Le Mans next month, along with Tommy Milner, Jordan Taylor, and Nicky Catsburg.

Hey guys, Slept in to 9. Nice cool southerly breeze coming in the window made it easy to do. It warmed up pretty fast after that. Mid 90s now.

I went out to the shop to work on the "baby gate" for the son of a friend. The gate is more like an interior door cut in half, the way I'm building it. Funny thing is, I built the baby gate for his parents that kept him out of the stairway.....

Came in to the house to watch a nephews' wedding on facebook. We were supposed to be there.

Well, we are having a social distancing Mass this afternoon. So I'll be heading up to church pretty soon.

Be careful with all that new power, Marcus.
