what a mess........ more later.....

Happy birthday Tommy..... didn't you just have one of those? the older I get the faster time gets......

Good Morning CGs!

Happy birthday, Tommy!

Hot here again. Had some nasty storms yesterday. We didn't lose power but people in surrounding towns did (mostly from fallen branches).

I need to drive the Corvette so it doesn't feel left out but I need to drop the kids off today so that's out. Maybe tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great day!

WENT TO ROTATE CARS AND FOUND SOME IDIOT HAD LEFT THE KEY TURNED ON IN THE BUMBLEBEE. BATTERY TOTALLY FLAT, WOULDN'T EVEN LIGHT THE DASH. CAR STUCK IN THE GARAGE. MY LITTLE CHARGER DID NOTHING. GOT AN OLD TIME HEAVY DUTY CHARGER ON IT NOW. MAYBE THE BATT WILL CHARGE UP, IT'S LESS THAN A YEAR OLD WE SHALL SEE WHAT WE SHALL SEE.

DIDN'T KEEP THE PUP OUTSIDE LONG ENOUGH WHEN I LET HIM OUT THIS MORNING AND HE MADE A MESS IN THE HOUSE.

GLOOM, DESPAIR, AND AGONY ON ME---I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER :-(

Car batteries, Gris—they'll be the death of us all. My single biggest dissatisfier with the 2003 is the way it eats batteries, but none of the 'Vettes have been particularly good. They all sit on tenders at this point.

I HAVE HAD VERY FEW BATTERY PROBLEMS THAT WEREN'T SELF INFLICTED. I KEEP THEM ON BATTERY TENDERS WHEN THEY ARE NOT BEING DRIVEN. SOMETHING NEW TO ME: THE MORE MODERN DIGITAL CHARGERS WILL NOT WORK ON FULLY DISCHARGED BATTERIES. I PLUGGED IT INTO MY CHARGER FOR TWO HOURS AND A HALF WITH NO RESULTS. GOT AN OLD CHARGER FROM MY WRENCHMEISTER AND IN THREE HOURS IT WAS A GO.
