Good Morning CGs!

Another week is flying by. Can't believe it. We've had some hot and humid weather. Drove the TA today, ran great. Need to get the Vette out and stretch it's legs.

Lots of hoopla over how the new school year will start. No real answers or solutions.

Tommy, very sorry to hear about the MIL. I hope she gets better soon. And hope Sue is feeling better as well.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi all. Another busy day in paradise - yardwork, squeaky drivetrain on the farm truck, valve adjustment on the Yamaha Rhino (they've tightened up, apparently its a thing with these.. lost compression). Oh, and the vette needs a radiator, after all this work it runs smooth as silk but is dumping its fluids. Ordered a DeWitts :-)

Going back to work August 17, the missus will need to find someone else to do the yardwork. Oh well.

Tommy - hope everyone gets better soon.

MIL is resting comfortably with 24 hour nursing. A radiologist is pouring over her scans to see what might be able to be done. Invasive surgery is out of the question. Going up through the groin with a team of surgeons to repair the affected area is whats on the table. (That doesn't sound right.) Uncle and cousin rescheduled flights till tomorrow. That gives me today to pull our home and yard together enough to accept visitors. As you know I'm always running behind. Sue is walking a little now. She does too much and I tell her so. I just ask her "Why?" She doesn't let anything stop her. I told her she was stubborn. I don't know why but she never bounces anything off me. (Probably because I would say no or offer alternate possibilities.) She has some payback coming in the arena. One day I'll just do something without marital consultation. And when she questions me I'll just do this. or this

STILL SUMMER IN THE NATIONS, PRETTY MUCH A REPLETE OF YESTERDAY, 78/83.

STEPPED OUT THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR YESTERDAY AND FRIGHTENED A BIG BLUE RACER, MAYBE THREE AND A HALF FT LONG. IT TRIED TO HIDE, BUT GAVE UP AND MADE A SPEEDY GETAWAY. FAST-ASS SNAKE, A VARIETY OF BLACK SNAKE. (DO BLACK SNAKES MATTER?)

ALSO SAW A BIG BROWN DOE & FAWN IN THE WEST YARD THE OTHER DAY, FIRST DEER I'VE SEEN AROUND HERE THIS YEAR.

APPEASEMENT IS SURRENDER

Good morning - VERY humid here today. 40% chance all week, so far sprinkles here and there, enough to keep me from having to water stuff.
Still working with the ladies on the airstream. seeems one likes it and the other doesnt. They are about to find out having me constantly go back and forth on this design is $65 an hour. They were given a low quote based on a "simple" design. This has been anything but. And, I have 14 other projects to be working on, I can't shut shop down just for one.
Alas, it's a new day and hopefully a better one than yesterday.

Hey guys, we lazyied around for a good part of the morning, then went to see the “lake” (Table Rock). It’s a beautiful lake and lots people, most of whom were not practicing social distancing. Honestly, it looked like a good place to attract C19. So we kept our distance. Back now to the condo and the girls are at the pool.....I may take a nap. We’ll probably head home tomorrow.

Not quite as humid today but still warm.
