SUNNY, COLD, AND BREEZY IN THE NATIONS ON THANKSGIVING MORNING. THE CHEROKEES HAVE GOT THE BIRD IN THE OVEN AND ARE LICKING THEIR CHOPS. WE WILL HAVE BABY DAUGHTER AND FAMILY PLUS #1 GRANDSON AND THE WARRIOR PRINCESS HERE FOR A TOTAL OF EIGHT COUNTING DARLING WIFE AND ME. THE OKMULGEE GANG ALL HAVE COLDS AND WILL SHOW UP NEXT WEEK. Morning guys...feeling better today. We have local family coming over today. GS #1s fiance is bringing her hair-cutting stuff over to give Rosie and I haircuts. We usually have #3 do that, but they aren't travelling this Tgiving and we need haircuts. And in return, I'll be changing the oil in her car.
Marc, I hope you are doing ok after the drugs wore off. I trust everyone will have a wonderful Thanksgiving. |

Happy turkey day y’all! Finally resting for a bit before the brood gets here. We have food for 50 with 8 actually coming. We do this every time. I’ll get the leaf in the table shortly so we’ll have room.
So sorry to hear about your troubles Mike, prayers and congrats on the house! Marcus and Tee get well and feel better soon. Picking up on yesterday’s tv thread I do find it interesting that tv technology was slow coming yet there we were putting a man on the moon. Beautiful sunny day here so go have a good ‘un. |

Last night I was pretty drowsy when I started this and failed to fully read yesterday’s posts.
Mike, I’m sorry for your loss of your cat. They’re part of the family for sure. T and Marcus, what’s going on here? I hope you both feel better quick! But I know how you feel there Marcus. If I’d known my body had normal wear parts I’d have taken much smoother roads to put the miles on my frame. But to repeat what I said at the start of this, Happy Thanksgiving to you all! |
