Good Morning CGs!

I guess I lied the other day. The cold weather front swooped in. It's chilly, especially walking the dog. Had a few flurries the other day but nothing that stuck. Still holding out some hope for warm corvette weather. We'll see.

Most of our Christmas shopping is done. Maybe a few odds and ends here and there. I got the lights up two weeks ago when it was warm out. Wife did the tree the other day. I guess we're all set.

Hope the ailing members feel better quick.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hiya Mat!
And good day to those who tune in. As Mat said, I hope those who are under the weather are improving.
Over the past weekend I not only worked, but filled in on 3rd shift for one of the guys so there would be at least one of us there. My hours are now officially screwed up. I’m still running off Tuesday night. I hope you all have a great day, I need to try to sleep.

Mid 50's in South Florida. Bbuuurrrr! Hope to have a relaxing day of working outside the house. My back has been less than cooperative as of late. Nothing too drastic . Just lower back pain. Numbness or pain depending on the movement. Weakness in the legs. It's only been bothering for 45 years so I'll wait a little longer before seeking professional help. Really, why even bother. They'll just give me muscle strengthening exercises that I'll do for three months (maybe) and schedule a recheck. I can do that without seeing a doctor. But I won't. I hate exercising. I'd rather they give me a prescription for something that makes me feel 18 again.

viagra? that'll fix it lol
Seriously tho - I was in the gym last night and they have an infrared ultrasound. I'm in love. Loosens all the tightness, relaxes, supposed to detoxify, help with pain and all that. And you can get one for home for around $1000 or so, they aren't all pricey. Portable ones are less. I think we are going to look into one, he hurts a lot and it would help him.
Will await patiently for photo of said birds wearing wool socks..
Bright and sunny again today but very cold from the lows last night, supposed to creep up to about 50 today.
Not got a tree up, nothing - need to but haven't been in the mood.

Good morning, all.

Like most everywhere else, it's cold here.

Ivelis picked up the wreath and holiday bunting yesterday, so that's done.

Put it next to the peloton. Great for hanging and folding clothes on.

Gris.....congrats on the 78 milestone..... Dude you are getting seriously old..... stay lubricated is all I can tell you....

Tommy go in and see the Spine Doc and they will take some pics of your back and then tell you what they can do to fix it.... It is one week since I went under the knife and I am 97.6% better...in another week I hope to hit 99.9% better..... all lower leg shooting pain is gone and once the 3' scar heals up I will be good as new..... or was that 3" anyway chicks dig scars....tell them you were in a knife fight back in Boston....when they asked why its on your back you can tell them because you were just protecting your front.... don't worry they will believe it.......

Gris I'm raising a cold soft drink in your direction..peace be upon thee......

Happy birthday, Gris.

Been snowing all day, no accumulation, just a little moisture. Windy and cold too.

Went out to the shop and worked on the clock for a while.

Well, I can’t let this go without raising a glass! I’ll be having one for Gris when I get home tonight!
And maybe one for Marcus’ good health!
And since I’ll have the jug out...

Congrats on getting another year older GRIS. Every day is a bonus. How do you get to be older? One day at a time.
