SEMI-SUNNY AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, APPROACHING 30 ON THE FRONT PORCH. THE CHEROKEES ARE ALREADY TIRED OF WINTER.

HAD A NICE TIME AT OKMULGEE, #3 GD REALLY LIKED THE RING I GOT HER FOR BD. THE BD CAKE WAS GREEN???DON'T KNOW WHAT THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THAT WAS. DIDN'T TASTE VERY GOOD EITHER.

#1 SIL GOT A CD OF GEORGE SCOTT'S GREATEST MOVIE, "THE FLIM FLAM MAN" AND WE WATCHED THAT. LMAF, HAD NOT SEEN THAT MOVIE SINCE I WAS IN BROOK ARMY HOSPITAL IN 1967.

HOPE THE SUN MAKES A BETTER SHOWING LATER, MAY MAKE A PASS THRU THE FLEA MARKET OR JUST TAKE THE BUMBLEBEE OUT FOR A CRUSE THRU THE COUNTRY.

Morning guys... Headed out to the shop, to do a little work, then to the school shopand spray a little finish on some cabinets there for the teacher.

No wind this morning...YEA! I guess in the worst of the wind yesterday, we had 2 semis blow over and three other vehicles involved in a crash. closed US50 for a time while they cleaned up the mess.

Church this afternoon.

The wind and cold is making it's way through. Cold for Florida that is.

That's how you know that the Rolex 24 at Daytona is only two weeks away.

Sue is a fishing fool and I am a fair weather fisherman. It is a windy day and not one to my liking. She starts acting up because I don't want to go. I relent because she starts talking about taking the boat out herself. I should put some life insurance on her and let her go. Anyway, 3 -5 foot seas and they beat the shit out of me. Certainly not fair weather. Oh well. For better or for worse ........

REMINDS ME OF A FISHING TRIP I WENT ON OUT OF PORT LAVACA.
WW II SUB CHASER CONVERTED TO GAMBLING BOAT THEN TO FISHING CHARTER. ROUGH SEA, WE STARTED SEEING BLUE AND WHITE WOOD FLOATING IN THE WAKE. IT THEN OCCURRED TO US THE BOAT WAS BLUE AND WHITE. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED THE SKIPPER TO GET BACK IN THE BAY WHERE IT WAS CALM :-0
DIDN'T CATCH MUCH.

FLEA MARKET WAS NOT MUCH, FEW VENDORS, FEW VIEWERS.
GUESS THE FLEA MARKETEERS DON'T LIKE COLD WEATHER.

Hi guys.
Been busy with junk as usual. Daughter is thinking of a new ride and we’re getting a good deal of quality time looking. The current preference is a Subaru Forrester. Lots of money!

My ‘89 has been converted to C5 front brakes and this week I found a set of calipers with the “Corvette” logo on the fronts. But to get them I had to buy the rears too.
Now I need to sell the rear calipers. If anyone is interested, shoot me a message.
Work was canceled yesterday for a water main break, so I actually got two days off this weekend. Maybe I’ll actually get some sleep tonight.

hey folks, turned out to be a pretty nice day, made it up to the low 50s. Was breezy, but nothing like the 75mph "breezes" we had yesterday. I finished the cabinets at school, and finished a little shelf unit for us...well, it is stained and ready for lacquer tomorrow.

Time to hit the hay.
