Morning guys....Pretty chilly here, 13....BRRRRR.

I need to take Rosie up to see the Dr. They'll check her progress. Then I'm headed over to the 'city' to pick a few things up, groceries and the handrail stuff for my friend.

Got to go. Later guys......

Mr Trump did his fair share to undermine the efficiency of the uSPS with his appointment of Postmaster General. Congress has fought efforts to close facilities in their districts like they do with base closings. Politics has been the bane of Postal efforts at reorganization. Any efforts to cut 6 day delivery have been met with stiff opposition. They also tied their hands financially requiring full funding of retirement programs.Overtime was used to clear the floor of delayed mail. Now it just gets backed up. In a few words, the Post Office sucks. Not at all like when I was in.

Last day of our vacation. Went fishing for one last time. Lots of fishing this vacation. Lots of bags of fish for the freezer. It was nicer today and warmer as well. Good bite this morning. The boat is on the trailer. Ready for the hour long trip home in the morning. Florida must be pretty nice if a Floridian vacations in Florida. Like a Bostonian vacationing in Cape Cod.

My Mom turns 98 this weekend so I am going to go down and see her. Covid be damned...she has had her shots but that did not change much it seems..... got a cake being made and some flowers and will take her gang some Arby's for lunch....those poor folk crave the fast food....

more later as it happens.....

Hi all, just checking in.
I’ve been working on the Vette as I can. Currently, I’m finishing out the fuel system. Doesn’t seem too hard, until you try to put the pressure regulator somewhere close to the rail. There’s just no space where I want it, and the closest source for fittings is 40 minutes away. And they don’t always have what I want/need.
I’ll “figger” it out, just takes time. Oh, and money, too.
Have a good weekend!
