Good Morning CGs!

Time keeps marching on. Can't believe it's the 10th already. Or is it the 22th? I was driving yesterday and the scrolling digital sign on the library was advertising something on February 22th. Oh the irony.

Trying to list some car parts on ebay but I'm not too motivated. It's not car season here so I'm not in the mood. Seems like sales are slow, anyway. Hopefully pick up in the spring. Or perhaps on the 22th.

Hope everyone has a great day!

definitely stay indoors and warm on the list for today. Arron brought me to work then headed on to his job, roads were icy and it's around 27 out now with a "feels like" of 19. More ice due tonight so no one is planning on being up here tomorrow which means I'll end up on an off-day to jack up my schedule.
Got my 24oz hot coffee ready from next door's coffee shop and getting ready to start the day with hopefully some progress on this International box truck and the web thing I was asked to do. Have a good day yall

THIN SHEET OF ICE ON EVERYTHING. FED THE DOG, STARTED TO THE BARN AND IT WAS SO SLIPPERY I CHICKEN OUT. LET TROUBLE RUN THEN PUT HIM BACK IN THE PEN. AFTER I GOT BACK INSIDE DW COMES OUT WITH SOME ICE CREEPERS I DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD. I'LL TRY THEM LATER. I'M TOO OLD FOR THIS CRAP.

I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYBODY TRYING TO DRIVE; YOU'D NEED TO HAVE STUDDED TIRES.

MADE IT TO THE MAILBOX AND BACK. THE ICE CREEPERS WORKED GREAT, EXCEPT THEY NEARLY MADE ME FALL DOWN ON THE TILE FLOOR IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM :-)

I like the YaxTrax ice creepers. In January 05, I fell on ice and busted the right leg. After that, always had some around.

In a bit I’m going to post in Tech. If anyone is interested, take a look.

Looking for some of that good ol' Florida winter. I hope the short cool spell we had is not the end of it. Summer is way too long here. Two seasons. Summer and Not Summer. Crept into the high 80's today. Only ice around here is in the ice machines. The temps have been running above normal for over a week now. Those aren't tears. That's me wiping the sweat from around my eyes. In all honesty, all this heat has been forcing me back to taking naps. It's cooler in the air conditioning.

....yeah....south Florida in the middle of July no time to be roofing a house.... heat index is like our wind chill... got up to 10 degrees today and the populace rejoiced... short lived though more cold coming.... I spent a summer in Gainesville Florida back in the early 60's while my folks trained peace corps kids heading to Brazil... No AC in the dorms where we stayed.... little Zero fans by our beds to keep us from dying ....... or getting heat stroke while we slept...but we got to go to Daytona Beach every weekend so it was worth it......

If I have told all that before..... I'm older now and that's my excuse.....

Gris......GRIS.... can you hear me now? How much did that cost to get the DNA run on your doggie? wow what a mix of parentage.... a true Heinz 57 dog.... I would like to run my dogs to see how much Yorkshire terrier the have in them....

I'm out.....
