Good Morning CGs!

We got another inch or so overnight and have some flakes falling now. Lightweight stuff so the leaf blower should clear the driveway.

Messed up my back the other day, most likely shoveling the heavy stuff. Sciatic nerve pain has been bothering me for a few days now. I need to find a new back cracker. I know they're everywhere I just need to pony up and call one. I'll get around to it

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning, tons more of the snow all over the place. I have been working at home and have a file ready for pring and drop box says 22 hours to transfer. ick. So, I try to save to the external from the pc at work I brought the stuff home on, nope. not allowed. try to fix permissions, won't let me. my other external is mac only so can't use it on pc. I get a ride to work in all this snow, thinking I'll grab the seagage external. nope. same problem. so now dropbox is my only option. very time wasting. this used to not be a problem with my older macbook pro, but the imac isn't having it.
Matt, sorry for the back pain. My sciatic was fixed by my physical therapist. There are some very easy and simple things you can do to get it back in place. Whatever you do, do not cross your legs to alleviate as it actually makes it worse. lay on back with knees bent and let the affected side's knee drop to the side to stretch, also hang that one off edge of bed or something to stretch. Do bridges and hold 5 count on each one for a total of 10 bridges. squats, slow, no weight and side leg raises will also help do it. That's what they had me do, and after second day I was back walking and pain free and prevously stove up for couple of years, chiro didn't help at all. Prayers you feel better.

The back is a very poor design—as bad as the knees.

I got my sciatica fixed.... only cost 30 Large but I am back in the game coach.... I feeeel good..... I found the best back cracker I ever been to out at a truck stope about 45 miles west of here. 40 bucks gets you about a 20 minute session that is way worth it. old tired truckers are lined up out the door....

heading to Kansas tomorrow..... don't know what to expect but it won't be the best I'm sure....

Onward Christian soldiers ...... oh and I highly recommend you buy some gold and silver..... major inflation on the way I hear....... at the coffee shop..... very reliable source of info you know....

very welcome, if it helps you. Everyone is different. I hobbled around here too long hurting. Hip surgery then 6 months later was fine then foot surgery, then another foot surgery, hip flexor nearly atrophied, piriformis in a knot, was walking wonky thus keeping my right sciatic out of place. coupe years went by and my neurologist asked why i was limping. Sent me downstairs to the PT. two visits and walking. now back in gym. couldn't be happier. had goofed up muscles and pinched nerves. won't help everybody but sure helped me.

Here in the Buckeye, we’ve been getting some snow too...
I hope you guys are feeling better soon. I just glossed over today reading. I’ll try to give it more attention at home.
Here’s to a better tomorrow!

Hey guys, made the trip to KC after getting our first round vaccine shot. Snow showers off and on throughout the trip, but nothing bad.

Good to see the kids.

When I posted that, it wasn’t a question of IF I’d get hammered for it, but by who! 🍺🍺
