G'day. So we finished up our chores early and I asked Sue if she felt like going to the casino. It was that or watch the boob tube. She said we cold go for a few hours so off we went. Got there at 07:00 PM and left at 11:15. Sue killed it last night. Two nice pots on the slots and then just before we left got a Pai Gow poker hand of 4 aces. I came through on the slots for the third night in the past week pulling in another $500. The gambling fund is flush with cash and should carry us through for awhile. I'm sure not every session can be a winning session but I'll ride the wave while the riding is good. A losing night tends to slow my enthusiasm for going.

Good morning, all.

My first outpatient physical therapy is this afternoon—we'll see how it goes.

Tom, it makes me happy to hear about folks who do well at the casino. I don't generally partake, with the one exception being if there's a Corvette to take a chance on. I do have many friends who don't do nearly as well …

We have been fortunate to run on an even keel through the years. There are down days and up days but we have a set budget and we consider it entertainment. Winnings get turned back to the gambling fund. Over the past 10 months of play (brought on by Covid and our loss of cruises), we are well ahead. Sue is heavy handed on the bets but gets excellent returns. I'm a low bettor and happy to get modest returns. I also tolerate modest losses. ;) We must be doing something right because we have had to report some winnings as income.

Good afternoon - good luck with your PT John.
Tommy I'm not one to gamble much either but a friend of mine goes often and always hits good. She may even hit small jackposts a couple times a night. If I could do that I'd go often too. she gets comps for rooms, meals and money of theirs to play on. I used to play craps but have lost my touch as of late.
Back at work today, thankfully a slow one. I have the yearly Medicaid review to do for cousin in the NH hopefully I can gather that stuff tomorrow.
Y'all have a good one

Worked on the boat today. Everything is pretty well squared away again. Bought a 25 amp Stanley battery charger from Amazon. Hooked it up to the 928. I really like it for the price of around $57. The Black and Decker looks the same but was 8 bucks more. Interesting. Check it out if you are in the market for a battery charger. It has a couple of test functions as well.

Stanley now owns Black and Decker. Lots of M&A in the tools space.
