Hope PT goes well for your wife - slow day at office today and again, I'm thankful. Slept like the dead again last night, thankful for that as well. Moon was absolutely gorgeous last night, enjoyed that a lot. Rain due in here any moment to continue through tomorrow. Got a call late yesterday that a former coworker had passed, funeral tomorrow. Seems people dying a lot lately Or I'm just getting to that age. Will hit that visitation tomorrow, then on to the next town over to deal with my cousin's Medicaid renewal then back to visit her possibly. Not sure what time we'll set it up later
Have a good day y'all

Hi everyone.
I’ve been away just trying to keep up with a work schedule.
Gri, I hope your wife’s PT went well, and that she’s doing well.

Letty, I know what you mean about “the age” for going to funerals. Some years ago, my Father in Law passed and for a couple years it just didn’t stop.

About a week ago, I finally set the date to get a new knee on my left.
I want to get it done while I can still recover from it. It need to be done, and has needed it, I just don’t look forward to the recovery and therapy afterward.
Other than that, nothing new to report from here. I’ll just check in as I can.
I hope you all stay safe and have a good weekend this week.

Go get the knee CBob.....you will be able to jump higher and run faster....... maybe....

So last night we went to a visitation of a friend and a Pastor we have known for a long time. Our kids went to high school at the same time and were in Football and such... used to sit with them at the games..

He passed away suddenly while at a place to eat in Omaha after visiting his daughter who lives there. He was 57 and a big robust guy who played line for the Huskers in the early 80's....

I consider that a tragedy.... just one of those things you can't figure out. Was a stroke or aneurism is what we have heard. You just never know.... live large my friends we are all on the clock....

6+ hours of driving round trip to Ramrod Key, 27 miles north of Key West. The customer owns a restuarant and the only mini golf course in the keys. Lunch was gratis. I dad fried fish and Sue had coconut shrimp. Big plant purchase so it was worth the drive. Sue drove her truck and trailer and I drove the box truck. Semi annual blood work scheduled tomorrow in the early morn. Fasting. I like it early so I can get to my coffee quicker.

Hey guys, up and around...then out to the shop to finish up a few things. GS found out today why there are days I don't get anything done. One person after another stopping by, or calling on the phone.

At 3"30 hge asked "what's next?" I told him I think I hear the golf course calling our names. BIG smile and a "I'm ready!"

Sorry about your friends, Letty and Marc. Yes we are at that stage in life. Bob, Not sure why you waited so long, one of the best decisions I ever made. Recovery and therapy was not all that bad (in my case).
