Good morning - beautiful day here today, not much happening. Have a dentist appt at noon for a routine cleaning , we'll see what he says then back to work. hoping to feel up to it later and go the gym. Hope everybody has a good day

The rain in Spain has found it's way to South Florida. Not much to report. My blood work report looks good. I get to see it from the site that drew the sample. (Quest Diagnostics). My only area outside the parameters was glucose at 110. From what I've read elevated glucose is not unusual for my age. I already watch my diet and exercise and it ran around 100 for years. Still I'll monitor it. Diabetes is not my friend. |

Well, not a lot to report here. Nearly perfect day, weather-wise. Upper 70s, no wind and sunny. GS and I played golf this morning, washed PU and his car this afternoon after loading up the PU to head to KC tomorrow for a week or so.
