OVERCAST, 67 DEGREES, 96% HUMIDITY, TWO AND A HALF INCHES IN THE RAIN GAUGE. A DRIPPY MORNING IN THE NATIONS.

I HAVE NOT BEEN DOWN TO SEE HOW MY DRIVEWAY DRAINAGE MODIFICATION WORKED, OR NOT. I'LL CHECK IT OUT WHEN I FEED THE FREELOADING BARN CATS AND LET TROUBLE RUN.

WE SHALL SEE WHAT WE SHALL SEE---

Good morning Gris.
We’re up early today as we’re expecting a plumber at 10. Water line under the bathroom vanity started leaking on the supply side of the valve to the tune of about 25 gallons in the past 24 hours, and I think it’s getting worse.
Of course my first thought was fix it myself, but because of the location, age of connecting lines, etc, I’m farming this one out. Sometimes you need to say I’d rather pay and the do the overtime.
Gotta get ready so have a good day everyone.

Morning guys...Hey Bob, I'm with ya on the plumbing rthing. I have I ever mentioned, I HATE f@*king plumbing?

Cool start this morning, mid 60s now, headed to the mid 80s, so they say. Nothing on the agenda today, but that may change as Rosie isn't up yet to tell me what we are doing.

As I recall, you and I are part of the chorus of people on here that hate f@*king plumbing.

The b’room vanity in question has a small door. Too small for me. I can get my noggin in to look, or one arm to work, but not both. The plumber is currently chasing parts, but fortunately he’s a smaller guy than I am, so he won’t have too much problem with it. He seems to be able to crawl right in.
I’ll try to give an update on progress later.

Good afternoon, all.

Best of luck on the plumbing, Bob. Unlike others on Guru, I don't hate plumbing—I'm just mindful of my limitations …

Had a good night again last night at the casino. Hit a bonus round of over $800. Spent 400 playing all night so brought 400 of theirs home. Sue has been on a losing streak playing pai gow poker. That's the way it has been lately. If I'm up she's down. So we usually balance ouselves out or come close. Still palying on their money though. Alaska cruise in 3 weeks. A week of casino action as long as the ship sails. So far so good. Winning is fun. Losing, not so much.

Good Evening CGs!

Marcus, hope you have a good trip.

As for me I spent some time upside down in the passenger seat of the Corvette. Then I got smart and latched the door with a screwdriver to put the modules to sleep. Still have a weird / intermittent draw. All fuses looked good with the amp hound. Found one relay was being energized by the BCM. So I swapped it and it's no longer hot, but the BCM is showing a heat pattern that it's still active. I need to find out why. The thermal imager is a fantastic diagnostic tool for this, by the way.

Hope everyone had a great day!

Thermal imager? I didn’t think those were available to us regular folks. Did you come across it during your lifelong toolquest?

So the plumbing is done and I even got him to install the faucet I’ve had waiting to go there. But then again, my wallet doesn’t weigh much anymore.🤔

At one point he turned to me and said his channellocks weren’t big enough and asked if I had a larger set. I went and got them and when I returned, there was a horrible smell, and then he didn’t even use my tool. Bottom line is he sent me away so he could blow out a fart 💨 without a witness.
I can’t imagine what he ate, but it was awful.🤢
At least it’s done and now I just need to pay for it.
Have a good week Gurus.

Funny story Bob.

Marcus, sorry to hear about your Mom. Sounds like an interesting road trip. I guess one can rest in peace in Montana. Not so much in South Florida.
