A rather boring honk, but it should be loud and clear.

It should work with key on or off....

ANOTHER PRETTY MORNING, 59 DEGREES AND SUNNY. I COULD SURE GET USED TO THIS WEATHER!

OPEN AGENDA, MAY MAKE A DRUG RUN FOR DARLING WIFE. THEY KNOW ME SO WELL AT THE PHARMACY THEY DON'T EVEN ASK ME WHY I'M THERE.

TEE: I HAD THIS BAZAAR VISION OF YOU GETTING OUT OF THE CAR WHEN ELEVATED ON THE LIFT. PLEASE TELL ME "ON THE LIFT" MEANS ON THE GROUND ON THE LIFT :-)

Morning guys....Chilly here 48 now but headed to the mid 80s.

A lady that called me about doinga countertop for her a couple weeks back called again yesterday to update me on when I can come do it. She's waiting on the appliance guy to come back and stack the washer/dryer. She told me the plan had changed a bit and that she needed me to move the upper cabinets that are above the w/d from one side to the other. So went out yesterday afternoon to do that ahead of the appliance guy coming back. It was pretty straight forward, but, when I got them moved, the corner the cabinets were covering was all hacked up from the existing install. The sheetrock finisher had built the corner up so much the cabinets wouldn't fit square, so they hacked up the rock. I knew that wasn't going to work, so I went home and grabbed my sheetrock tools, tape and mud and went back out to fix that. It's never as easy and straight forward as things appear. I got a pretty smooth finish with the one coat, but I probably will have to go out and put a second coat on, I've left that up to her, if she wants me to come put another on, she's yo call me.

Good Morning CGs!

It's a good thing you're retired, TB. Otherwise you'd be fixing cars, installing countertops, moving cabinets, fixing drywall...maybe even a little plumbing

Still chilly here but I like it. Fall days are my favorite days.

Besides the tools I also collect vintage Snap-on catalogs. Got this 1942 last night for my collection. I still need a few older catalogs but those are hard to find and pretty pricey. Some are a couple hundred a piece. Patience is the key.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Speaking of replacing parts on cars, Matt, I ordered new shocks for the Silverado. The rears arrived about an hour ago, they are on already. The fronts are supposed to be here Tuesday....they will take a bit longer to install. I ordered them with springs installed that will raise the front to a level position, instead of 'nose down'. Probably should have an alignment done after I get those on.
