Interestingly Aunt Sissy and I thought a lot alike. Never thought I'd see "old" age. Now that I'm a senior citizen I look forward to the days ahead living one day at a time but planning for the future. I still don't want to die too old but I don't want to die too young either. Still feel like I have a lot of life left in me.

A heron has found my pond. Sue's pond is decimated and all the middle sized fish have disappeared. Over 100 fish are now gone to satisfy a few days of the appetite of the heron. Since we'll be gone a week I can expect the same to happen to the home pond. Well I guess that's why fish have fry.

I put up a number of solar powered lights to give the front yard a holiday feel. No fan powered animals except for the Hanukkah bear and he comes down in a few days. Also just a small artificial tree on the patio.

Onward with this and that type chores today.

Good morning ya'll. Gris Happy Birthday! I agree with Aunt Sissy, I'm getting old and never thought I'd see it. I still feel 17 inside.
Tee that is a beeeeauuutiful cabinet. I'm sure the lady will surely love and cherish it and pass it down. Fine work.
My dump truck pool lady is finally responsing and apprving of some things so i"m here on my off day to try and get her done. Not sure what's been going on on her end but finally a light at the end of the tunnel.
I got some Christmas stuff out last night, took half a day off since i didn't have work then phone blowed up when I got home. Figured i'd come in this morning and finish that stuff up but it's turning out to be an all dayer.

Warm day here. Mid 50s and drove the Corvette with the top down. Yes I'm that guy.

TB, amazing work there.

Gris, birthday or temperature?

Thanks guys....I'm pretty proud of the chest. Mahogany and I put a cedar bottom in it.

First b-ball game of the season in the books....boys a girls varsity teams both won.

Tomorrow is a funeral for a lady (CoVid) from our church, and mother of our youngest daughters classmate from school. They asked me to do the readings. So not much work from me tomorrow.
