Huskerland 14730 Posts Member since: 2009/9/12 19:16	I knew it was all weird when the guy wanted to handle the money his way and not just a bank to bank wire.... but I got to far into it before I realized what was going on...... No I did not cash the check and that stops everything.... my banker whom I refer to as my personal financier.... said he would not touch it with a 10 foot pole.... so that helped a lot..... I still have the check that was FedX'ed to me and will see if there is a fraud division here in Corn Country..... now I say, I say, Boy....we don't take kindly to folks trying to take advantage of the good life people here in Huskerland.... cool and cloudy is the deal today..... warmer temps coming...

I just get to wanting to experience other Corvettes....or go back to the classics..... I would love a 73 BB LS4 car with Wilwood brakes and some suspension upgrades.... even a SBC L82 engine would be fine..... factory air and electrical windows.... chrome luggage rack..... auto tranny would work or the 4 speed...... T Tops I'm thinking...... tilt with power brakes and power steering...... loaded dude..... not going to lose money on that kinda investment.....

It won't ever clear, it will get returned as fraudulent. But most of the time the shipper/transporter shows up the same or next day. Shipper is not involved in the scam, they also got paid with a fraudulent credit card or check or with the cash that you give them from your own bank account.
