THE WIND IS BLOWING THE FEATHERS OFF THE FIVE CIVILIZED TRIBES AND THE WILD IN'DNS OUT WEST. BUT THE SUN IS SHINING AND THAT TRUMPS A MULTITUDE OF EVILS. 74 DEGREES CURRENTLY HEADED FOR 86.

Gris, new hearing aids just sound like an excuse for your wife to be more things to do. If you never heard her say it there is always plausible deniability.
ay!

ONE NICE THING ABOUT HEARING AIDS IS YOU CAN TURN THEM OFF :-)

OPEN AGENDA TODAY, THERE ARE THINGS I SHOULD DO AROUND THE PLACE, IF I CAN SUMMON ANY MOTIVATION.

ALWAYS FORWARD, Y'ALL

I'm delaying the start of my workday as usual. Soon I'll shower up and get my ass in gear.

Good Morning CGs!

Been busy this morning. Put together a shelf for RR#2's room which wasn't too bad (certainly no hand made dresser but I didn't have TB as a grandfather). Wife chopped the head off of a sprinkler last night so I ran over to Lowes and picked up a new one (two, actually....never hurts to have a back up). Pulled the battery out of the Corvette and just picked up a replacement for that, as well.

Warm here, expecting rain later.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Ive been working on the front yard for a few days. I'm doing the final touches on some hand weeding then I can mulch. Then spray the driveway with a Roundup type chemical. This is annual work I have to get done before summer comes or I'll have a jungle to deal with. Then comes the back yard with tree trimming, edging, weeding and some mulch as well. I hope to be done come June 1st. I'll just keep plugging along. Maybe I'll take a few pics when I'm finished with the yard.

Hey guys, clear cool and calm today. GS AWOL today, well, not exactly AWOL, I know where he is, he left a little after 8am to ride halfway across the state to attend Regional track meet. he qualified in the 4 x 800 relay and the open 800. A top 3 finish today will punch his ticket to the state track meet. Latest update, the 4 x 800 finished 2nd and will be going to state next week....no word yet on his performance in the open 800.

I went ahead and sprayed the little dresser with the enamel. It was too nice today to pass that up. I built a cornhole set, for a prize at a memorial event coming up over father's day weekend, today as well.
