Well Gurus, I went to the dark side. Maybe just a little. I've always been a Mustang fan ever since I was a little kid. Had the opportunity to pick this up, a throwback to what was cool when I was growing up.

1988 Mustang GT 5.0 5-speed convertible. Blue over silver, gray interior. It's had a repaint, but overall in good condition. A solid driver, not a show car. Has a lot of little odds and ends to take care of but that's the fun of it.

...the 5.0 Fox's I think went a long way to keeping the Mustang marque hot on the streets of America.... the 302 engine is maybe as legendary as some Chevy engines are.... maybe more so in the 80's.... very cool.... just have some fun wid it...

Andy, it's already modified. Headers and an intake. Full QA1 suspension. A few other miscellaneous mods. And the prices have already gone insane.

Thanks guys. It is definitely a project. Everything the previous owner did was half ass. Spent a lot of money on quality parts and then hacked the install. I will have a lot of time sorting out the mess but I love the way the car looks.

Two words: Agreed Value.

Remember, Adam Boca at the National Corvette Museum does collector car insurance!

Many collector car insurance companies require the car be stored in a garage. Matt may be running out of garage space. (Like me) I have 3 under a big awning.
