Tommy, any interest in the nursery so far?

Not as of yet. We anticipate it will take time. She is not exactly giving it away. Only a buyer with deep pockets would jump in thanks to the rising interest rates. Fortunately there are many large plant operations that have money to burn. "If it is meant to be it will be."

Check out the pics. It will give you a great view of what we do and where we live.

Morning guys... Looks like a nice morning here. Cool, but supposed to warm into the 70s and little breezy.

Got lots to do today. Going to try to get the shower base down and maybe sheetrock up on the walls.

SUNNY, CALM, AND COLD IN THE NATIONS, 46 ON THE FRONT PORCH.
THEY SAY IT WILL BE 76 AFTER NOON, SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.

GOT THE TOMATO IN FOR RAD FLUSH, AF REPLACEMENT. GOT FIRST OF MONTH CHORES TO DO, MORE ERRANDS TO RUN.

TEE 300 SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF T/T'ERS; THEY MUST HAVE LIKED YOUR TOOTSIE ROLLS AND PASSED THE WORD :-)

ANY BODY HEARD ANYTHING FROM JOHN M.? I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM POST IN A WHILE.

Morning y'all. Dadgum Tommy what a spread! I saw a bajillion plants I want! I was shopping in there! Good luck with the sale and hope you get the buyer with the pockets you desire.
Sun out today and warm temps still here. Wished I'd left the plants out, I can't stand the house being full like that, or my pool house for that matter.
had a very busy weeeknd - ran my hiney off starting Friday. Our previous house insurance cancelled due to weather things we can't control, less that $15k total since 2017 but was told when we bought the house we'd do good to be with them a year. Company doesn't have a good record among folks. We got all set up with out company that has our cars, and in 15 minutes that lady eradicated the toddler-style meltdown I'd just had over getting a cancellation letter. Binder sent and it takes effect on the 17th. I put the house at 315 with another 67 for "extra", 250k for personal things, 80k to the pool, 75k to outbuildings, plus other things that normally go in there. We will do a separate policy for guns, jewelry and such later. got that done and other errands ran and finally home. Saturday we got up and drove 2.5 hours to look at me a vehicle, we love it, we'll see what detail does with it and maybe go back this saturday. Got home around 10. Sunday I was offered a 'beater' truck for sale like we were interested in, 2004 GMC Z71 lifted with leather and 5th wheel hitch, $1500. Heck yeah. Then I saw it. Needs abed, pass rear door and handles and front tire on left. WEll, not fixing it so I think we're buying it anyway and will part it out, the 5.3L are hard to find so we can make money there and then there's the trans, transfer case, interior and then scrap the body or part it out also. We got home then me and a friend went to the casinos in tunica for her free play. I got free food to bring home. Yesterday I had the hip surgeon appt, I can't stand that dude at all. left there went to pick up aunt to go to cemetery, saw the tv station filming her house. Dude said something to me and as I was leaving I went over there, they hvae a donation box they put out, they were filming that. It's in memory of my uncle, a former police chief. I told them it was a good thing to do but people have the wrong idea and it keeps getting cleaned out by greedy crackheads. Well they wanted to interview my aunt and cousin and those two had just got out of bed, in pjs and no teeth, etc and refused to be on tv so they threw me under the bus. What's that old saying "if you get dressed up and go to town you will see nobody but you go looking like a haint and you see everybody". that is the truth, solid fact.

Good Afternoon CGs!

I think you're right, Tommy. Rising interest rates don't benefit the buyer. The only plus side is CD rates are going up. I've seen 4.0% online but my cheap bank is still only 2.02%. probably get one anyway otherwise the money is just sitting there.

Letty, can't really find anything for $1500 nowadays. I'd buy it, too.

Hardly had any trick or treaters last night. Weather must have scared them off.

Hope everyone has a great day!
