It's a great day today. Already had two incoming calls this morning but I didn't let it ruin my chi. getting ready to hit the front yard. The never ending battle against weeds awaits. I got tired of pulling weeds outaround the vegetable garden so I laid some brick. Now the weeds will only come up through the cracks.

Well, we are in Wichita. Left the house at 4:30am. Picked up GS/GD in law and Greer Grand at 5am and was on the road by 5:15. Made a stop to stretch 2 hours later. Made it here about 45 minutes early. I dropped them off and went to fill the pickup with gas so we are ready to head west when they come out.

They are in the doctors office building, I decided to wait out in the car. Was starting to snow when we left and before we got here, we got notice that school at home had been canceled for today. We ran out of the snow about a; hour, east. But as I sit here in the truck, it has started here. Sent a text to Rosie inside, but have received no answer as to whether or not they have been called back yet…should have, their appointment was for 10:05. Would like to get back on the road home. Have a feeling it’s going, to be snowy all the way back.

Rosie just texted, they are on their way out.

No snow here and partly cloudy... nothing coming up bad weather wise that I can see here in the flatlands.... everything is fine real fine..... nothing to see here...kinda boring....

Back home. Snowy, packed roads part of the way. Yes, due to the 4 of us and the baby in the car seat, we were in the pickup, thankfully.
