Good morning Gris - weather about the same here. I'm supposed to have a bus and a car in today for measuring, we'll see. I'm doing a pull up banner for a food truck, menu stuff, and I will never do this again for the quote promised. I've had about 48 revisions and it's a PITA and not worth it. Next time there will be a policy for food trucks/restaurants that there's extra design time fees for those due to the time consumption of them.
I kinda had a tremor in my car this morning, but it's sat for a while so figured the tires had flattened out. It smoothed out a lot by the time I got here. It also barked at me about low tire pressure but those also came up some after some driving. Have the Vette club meeting tonight, was hoping to get home on time, but at least I won't have to cook since we meet at the golden corral

Good Morning CGs!

Cooled off here from the unseasonably warm temps. Got a little dusting of snow overnight. Nothing even worth shoveling since most of the pavement was still wet from rain.

Kids are back to school today. RR#2 was not happy about that. He's not a big fan of school. Never has been, never will be. RR#1 is upset that she starts a new semester and her class changes and she might not have any friends in there. I told her she'll be fine. Glad I'm not a teenager anymore.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Did a mulch delivery in the Keys today. In two weeks we'll be vacationing in the middle keys with the boat tied up at the dock for one week. Hope the weather cooperates while we are there. No big deal though. I enjoy being there rain or shine. All ther is to do is eat, drink, fish or f... never mind.

Sue goes for yet another foot surgery tomorrow. She has nerve issues that have NEVER been repaired right. Tomorrow our friend, a surgeon that specializes in hands, is going to take a shot at it. She is a nerve specialist as well and she says she knows what the problem is. Expecting a 3 hour surgery. I'm dropping Sue off, going home and coming back for her when they get ready to release her. She's has had between 90-100 surgeries through the years. I've lost count. 6+ on that foot alone. Me sitting around would be of no use. Might as well stay busy. Dropping her off at 11:00 for a surgery at 03:00 PM. They're doing her last because they know it will be a long surgery. Just not sure how long that might be. Supposedly she will be able to walk afterwards. We will see.

Hey guys, cool start to the day, but warmed up reasonably well and no wind (to speak of). Got a call early on from Father...problem with door at church. Got that fixed up, did a call on a computer issue...still need to work on that one. Picked up GS and went back to the shop and got some things done. This afternoon while working in the shop, needed to stop and go up to the lumberyard and get materials ordered for a storage shed at church. Been waiting for the OK and Father let me know it was a go.

While I was there the glass guy called, and wants to come install the glass panel for our shower that was ordered 3 months ago. It was a nice thing to finally get that done. First shower will happen tomorrow

Been a busy day... ready to take it easy.

A couple months back I built a mission style chest of drawers. It matched other pieces I had made a few years back. Well, she contacts me last week asking if I could build them a twin bed to match. So with the boys helping me this week we got this done.

Again Quartersawn White Oak.
