WE HAD SUPPER AT OUR FAVORITE I-TIE PLACE IN TAHLEQUAH LAST EVENING. THEY MAKE A GOOD PIZZA; I CAN EAT ABOUT HALF AND BRING HOME THE REST. IT REHEATS VERY NICELY. OR DID, WE HAVE A NEW "IMPROVED" OVEN THAT I HAVE NOT MASTERED. DARLING WIFE GOT SOMETHING MORE ELABORATE AND BROUGHT MOST OF IT HOME ALSO.

I'LL TRY TO MOW SOME MORE AFTER I GET THE CARS PUT AWAY, LAST CHANCE FOR A WHILE.

Ocho de Mayo. The wheel in the sky keeps on turnin. Sis and niece went home yesterday. Sue is back to work and I am doing my best to fly under the wire. Think I'll wash cars and the Suburban today. At least right now that's the plan. Weed wacking week. I'll try to negotiate that as well one day this week. Never a dull day. Boredom is NEVER part of my lifestyle. I have more chores than the energy to do them.

...so you are going to be enjoying wacky weed this week? very nice..... for medicinal purposes only I'm thinking....

had a wild weekend celebrating our 40 years of marital bliss.... ate at Panera and did some shopping...stopped at Costco....then Culvers for some frozen Custard..... I know right....we can get crazy sometimes....

TB, yes hard to believe she's that age. Her birthday is coming up in about a week or so. Then she gets her official permit and watch out on the roadway. School is almost over for both of them. A few more weeks. RR#2 is already checked out mentally. I think he checked out the first week of school but it's official now.

Beautiful and sunny here, was downright hawt yesterday too miserable to be out.
Gris, I'm better today. Yesterday wasn't a good day, today is a 180 from that. I've been up and around, did some light picking up around here just to be moving some. Getting in and out of bed was easier so might try my own bed tonight. It's a bit taller and more difficult for me but I don't sleep well on the spare. I am due back May 18 for follow up and he'll see how I'm healing and whether or not I can drive. have had some friends bring some food over, aunt is supposed to be on her way with some and some of the vette club ladies are coming by tomorrow evening. Every little bit helps. I've been sitting outside bird watching. Wish I could get in the pool. Nothing like it being sunny and summer with an open pool and all I can do is stare at it lol. I did get my legs wet on the steps but was very careful about getting there. Doc said "movement as tolerated" so I'm kinda testing the waters no pun intended. I'm just happy to be above ground and able to wipe my own hiney and have 2-ply toilet paper and sleep through the night without someone wanting my vitals or blood. It's the small things ::::::
