Good morning Gris, overcast here too. Not supposed to have any rain for a couple days yet. Grass in the yard still not growing in the yard but flourishing in the flower beds.
Had a pickup come in yesterday for a wrap, mattress selling dude I've done work for before. Got him measured with help from an installer, got him proofed right at the end of the day. I'm here early because Arron has to drive me, and have already got him a revise sent. He should print today if he doesn't have any more changes. Didn't sleep well so hoping for a slower day today.
Gris I don't get those "kindergarten" graduations either, or "sixth grade graduation". I mean it's moving from one to the next? Makes no sense to me but it's a dandy good way for those cap and gown people to make money. I don't recall anything spectacular or different moving from 6th to 7th grade lol except teachers seemed meaner lol.

Back in the day, GRIS, wasn't graduation at 6th grade?

Working on Sue's little trailer today sanding, priming and painting. The welder put on the new hardware and springs and reattached the axle and hubs. It will be good to go for a few more years. Isn't retirement grand? ;)

....I think that was 8th grade graduation back in the day....

Yeah I remember 6th to 7th grade which was called Jr. high school back then.... the 9th graders would beat us all up a lot..... until we learned how to stand our ground and fight like men.... so a very important life experience right?

after school there was always a fight in the parking lot... I always enjoyed watching someone I didn't like get their ass kicked..... man....were those the good old days or what? geez.... I miss dat....

perfect weather day here...have had 2 in a row now...we are putting out the brown mulch in the flower beds.... got a yard and a half spread and will need about the same to finish. $50 bucks a yard bulk.....no bags for us....

keep ducking and dodging Guru's.......

LOL @ Marcus. Rock fights, wrestling and contact sports with no equipment. Climbing big trees, jumping off roofs and other bloodsport. Oh ya, those were the days.

20ft tall metal swings , monkey bars, jumping sketchy crap with the banana seat bike, drifting the Marx Bigwheel, dirt clod fights, catching mud puppies to live in the bathtub and crawdads to live in the sink, baseball out on the back 40 at recess so far out you were late getting back to homeroom when the bell rang, and I wish I had all those baseball cards I threw in the trash for that crappy piece of gum

no chit..... I had shoe boxes of old Topps baseball cards...of the 50's and early 60's...... whole teams of players at every position....they were like a dime or something for 5 cards and the thin piece of brittle bubblegum we just threw away........somewhere along the line they got dumped..... hell I could have retired at 40 with those all sold...... damnation......
